Na Thymos, acreditamos que atuar no setor elétrico vai muito além de análises e relatórios — é apoiar nossos clientes para que tomem decisões mais seguras, eficientes e sustentáveis.Nosso time tem papel fundamental nessa missão: ajudar empresas a navegar pela complexidade do setor elétrico, antecipar riscos e aproveitar oportunidades.Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Gestão de Energia Júnior para fortalecer nossa equipe e atuar diretamente na gestão e atendimento dos nossos clientes.Você será responsável por acompanhar contratos, organizar informações, analisar dados de consumo e apoiar estudos que ajudam nossos clientes a ter mais clareza e confiança em sua estratégia de energia.Se você é analítico(a), curioso(a), gosta de resolver problemas, aprende rápido e se identifica com um ambiente dinâmico, técnico e orientado a resultados — essa oportunidade é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar os gestores de carteira, contribuindo na produção de estudos, análises e relatórios que ajudam nossos clientes a tomar decisões mais estratégicas;Monitorar os fatores que influenciam a formação de preços de energia, acompanhando tendências e projeções de curto, médio e longo prazo para antecipar movimentos do mercado;Produzir e interpretar relatórios sobre os principais indicadores do setor elétrico — como afluência, níveis de armazenamento e PLD — transformando dados complexos em insights claros;Analisar a performance energética dos consumidores, avaliando custos, economia gerada e oportunidades de otimização que agreguem valor real ao negócio;Elaborar relatórios de custos setoriais da CCEE para consumidores, geradores e autoprodutores, garantindo uma visão completa dos impactos regulatórios e financeiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas;Excel avançado (VBA será um diferencial);Visão estratégica e analítica de processos;Conhecimento em programação será um diferencial;Inglês e/ou espanhol avançados será um diferencial.Informações adicionais Plano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa (sem coparticipação); Seguro de Vida; Vale refeição; Vale alimentação; Vale transporte; Valorização da saúde e bem-estar | grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance);Wellhub;*Modelo híbrido de trabalho.
