Conduzir processos seletivos da unidade industrial, garantindo qualidade, agilidade e assertividade nas contratações; Realização de treinamentos comportamentais com os times operacionais, analistas e líderes; Condução e acompanhamento de workshops, reuniões e ações de clima, cultura, desenvolvimento de colaboradores e líderes;Diagnosticar oportunidades de melhoria e acompanhar as ações e práticas relacionadas às frentes de desempenho, carreira e sucessão, incluindo ciclo de talentos, PDI, matriz 9box e demais processos de desenvolvimento organizacional; Condução do treinamento de integração de novos colaboradores e gestão do tema na unidade (organização das pautas, agendamento das integrações, acompanhamento do programa, etc); Estruturar, implementar e gerir programas e iniciativas de desenvolvimento organizacional, aprendizagem e experiência do colaborador, considerando universidade corporativa, jornadas de desenvolvimento, onboarding, liderança, treinamentos obrigatórios e gestão do conhecimento; Suportar a área de Operações realizando atendimento prévio aos colaboradores, plantões de atendimento in loco com o time de operação/fabril, bem como apoio em assembleias, comunicações sindicais; Criar, acompanhar e gerir ações, eventos e campanhas de comunicação, endomarketing e engajamento para o público interno, assegurando alinhamento à cultura organizacional e às diretrizes estratégicas da empresa, bem como apoiar iniciativas de performance social.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas Experiência generalista em Recursos Humanos, com atuação no segmento Industrial: vivência em R&S, treinamento e desenvolvimento, clima, cultura e comunicação interna Vivência na estruturação e condução de programas de desenvolvimento, aprendizagem e onboarding Experiência com integração de novos colaboradores, organização de agendas, conteúdos e acompanhamento da jornada de integraçãoExcel intermediárioSerá um diferencial ter atuado no AgroInformações adicionais
