Venha trabalhar com a gente! 💛 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAntecipar ameaças e minimizar os efeitos dos riscos sobre os resultados do negócio;Promover ações para cultura e fortalecimento da gestão de riscos na companhia;Analise dos indicadores de apetite a risco, proposição de alteração/novos indicadores de acordo com o perfil de risco, e interação com as áreas de 1ª linha;Implementação de processos e metodologias para a contínua melhoria de gestão de riscos no alcance dos objetivos estratégicos;Avaliação de modelos para monitoramento do score de risco e auxilio na elaboração de planos de ação mitigatórios;Manter e propor políticas e normas de gestão de riscos, garantindo sua integração com controles internos e conformidade;Manter e propor processos e fluxos para mensuração da criticidade e maturidade de gestão de riscos;Melhoria contínua do modelo e processo de registro de riscos e controles da matriz RCSA;Apoio na implementação de sistemas e/ou IA para gestão de riscos;Manter e executar atividades vinculadas à integração de riscos com controles internos, conformidade, estratégia corporativa e governança corporativa;Elaboração de dashboards, pareceres tecnicos e relatórios para gestão de riscos corporativos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Superior completo em Ciências Atuariais, Economia, Estatística e afins.Experiência e conhecimentos a respeito de:Frameworks de gestão de riscos, controles internos e conformidade (COSO ERM, COSO ICIF, ISO 31.000, ISO 27.000 e afins);Conceitos e técnicas de testes e avaliações de controles internos e conformidade;Políticas e normas de gestão de riscos, controles internos e conformidade;Governança corporativa, processos e gestão empresarial;Elaboração de dashboards e relatórios para alta administração, comunicação e treinamentos para a primeira linha, recomendando ações;IFRS17 (desejável);Estruturação e alinhamento de modelos e métricas de mensuração de impacto e probabilidade, bem como maturidade de gestão de riscos.Conhecimentos técnicos:Office (Word, Excel, Power BI, SAS, R, e Power Point);Normas e leis vinculadas à previdência complementar e mercado segurador;Processos e planejamento estratégicos, técnicas e frameworks (ISO 9.001, métodos ágeis, SWOT);Analise de balanço e fluxos de caixa;Conhecimento em riscos de natureza operacional, estrategica e financeira (desejavel);Modelagem estatística;Inglês e espanhol avançado (desejável);Informações adicionaisPacote de BenefíciosVale Alimentação Vale RefeiçãoSeguro de Vida - BrasilsegSeguro de Saúde - BradescoSeguro Odontológico (opcional) - BBDentalPlano de Previdência Brasilprev (opcional)Licença Maternidade e Paternidade estendidaAuxílio Creche/Babá/ EstacionamentoPrograma de Participação dos Resultados (PPR)Vale Transporte / Auxílio FretadoDay Off de um dia no mês de seu aniversárioWellhub e Espaço Saúde com programas de promoção à saúde e bem-estar dos colaboradoresWellz - Plataforma de saúde mental e bem-estar emocionalFlexibilidade na Jornada de Trabalho e banco de horasConvênio AABB – Associação Atlética do Banco do BrasilLinkedIn LearningAjuda de custo home officeTrabalho híbrido (até 02 dias de home office semanal)
