Atuar nos processos de Atração de Talentos, conduzindo recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta, desde o alinhamento de perfil com as áreas solicitantes e divulgação de vagas até a triagem de currículos, condução de entrevistas e acompanhamento das etapas admissionais. O(a) profissional terá contato direto com gestores e candidatos, contribuindo para a atração de profissionais alinhados à cultura, aos valores e às necessidades da empresa. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos de Recrutamento e Seleção de ponta a ponta, desde o recebimento e análise das solicitações de vagas junto às áreas solicitantes até a finalização do processo seletivo;Realizar alinhamento de perfil com o gestor, compreendendo requisitos técnicos, comportamentais e expectativas da área;Divulgar vagas em fontes internas e externas de recrutamento, realizar triagem de currículos e identificar candidatos aderentes ao perfil solicitado;Contatar candidatos, realizar convocações, agendamentos e acompanhamento das etapas do processo seletivo;Conduzir entrevistas individuais, aplicando avaliação comportamental, análise de competências e critérios definidos para cada vaga;Acompanhar candidatos aprovados nas etapas admissionais, incluindo agendamento e controle de exames admissionais, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos;Manter registros e controles atualizados dos processos seletivos em sistema e/ou planilhas, assegurando a organização e rastreabilidade das informações;Atuar como ponto de apoio aos candidatos e gestores durante o processo seletivo, esclarecendo dúvidas e fornecendo informações sobre as etapas;Participar de reuniões com as áreas solicitantes para alinhamento de demandas, acompanhamento de vagas e melhoria contínua dos processos de atração;Contribuir com a padronização, melhoria contínua e aplicação das melhores práticas de mercado em Recrutamento e Seleção;Manter sigilo e confidencialidade das informações relacionadas aos processos seletivos e dados dos candidatos;Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre tendências, ferramentas e metodologias da área de Atração de Talentos;Demais atividades pertinentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatadas.Pacote Office Intermediário;Conhecimentos em rotinas de RH;Experiência em recrutamento e seleção;Desejável: Experiência com RM Labore e ATS de Atração de Talentos.Informações adicionais🍽️ Vale Alimentação - Receba um auxílio para garantir suas refeições diárias com mais tranquilidade e bem-estar.🚍 Vale Transporte - Mobilidade sem preocupações, desloque-se com facilidade para o trabalho com a ajuda do nosso vale-transporte.🩺 Plano de Saúde - Cuide da sua saúde e da sua família com um plano completo, que oferece ampla cobertura em hospitais e clínicas de excelência.🛡️ Seguro de Vida - Tranquilidade para você e seus entes queridos com um seguro de vida completo, garantindo proteção em momentos inesperados.🏋️‍♂️ WELLHUB: Acesso a diversas academias e centros esportivos para cuidar do corpo e da mente, onde e quando quiser.🏖️ SEST/SENAT - Benefícios exclusivos para profissionais do transporte, como serviços de saúde, lazer e capacitação.🎓 Convênio com Instituições de Ensino - Invista no seu futuro com descontos especiais em cursos de graduação, pós-graduação e especializações.
