Esta es nuestra forma de desarrollar la minería, siempre conectados a los cambios, con personas comprometidas, inspiradas y en constante desarrollo.¡Únete a Nexa y forma parte de la minería que se mueve con el mundo!Responsabilidades y atribuciones Organizar, analizar y hacer seguimiento a las acciones del GRD del áreaOrganizar, analizar y hacer seguimiento a las acciones del GRD del área.Coordinar y elaborar el Planeamiento Estratégico y Presupuesto de costos fijos y variables del área, sugiriendo versiones preliminares, haciendo revisiones y enviando para aprobación gerencial.Analizar datos, desvíos y tendencias en el cumplimiento del presupuesto y proponer soluciones, designando a los responsables para las correcciones necesarias.Hacer seguimiento a las inversiones del área, identificando distorsiones a lo largo del proceso y asignando a los responsables para las correcciones necesarias.Asesorar a la gerencia brindando información sobre producción, costos, asuntos administrativos y otras actividades de acuerdo con las  políticas, objetivos e metas del Negocio de Zinc.Conferir las planillas de mediciones de servicios prestados aprobados por los jefes de los proveedores.Controlar el índice de sobretiempo, compensaciones, cambios de turno, tardanzas en el software de asistencia, datos de horas / hombre trabajadas, movimientos de personal en el área de producción.Analizar información de SSMA ingresadas y monitorear el cumplimiento de las acciones generadas.Requisitos y calificacionesBachiller de las carreras de Ingeniería, Administración o afines.Experiencia previa de 2 años realizando funciones similares, de preferencia en rubros de minería, hidrocarburos o similares.Dominio de MS Office a nivel intermedio.Conocimiento de: Proceso Productivo de Planta Metalúrgicas, Sistemas de Gestión y Metodología 5S y Auditor en Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 y 5S)Deseable:Dominio de inglés y/o portugués a nivel básico.Conocimiento de SAP.Informaciones adicionalesLugar de Trabajo: Refinería CajamarquillaRegimen: 5x2En NEXA trabajamos en un ambiente diverso donde las personas se sienten libres para ser ellas mismos.
