Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Gestión e Indicadores de Seguridad Personal para nuestro equipo de Seguridad Personal de la Refinería. El Objetivo Principal de la Posición Será: Brindar soporte analítico y de gestión al equipo de Seguridad Personal mediante la consolidación, análisis y visualización de información; la administración de indicadores y registros; y el seguimiento de acciones, capacitaciones y competencias críticas. La posición contribuirá a transformar datos en información útil para la toma de decisiones, asegurando integridad, trazabilidad y disponibilidad de la información, y promoviendo la mejora continua del desempeño en seguridad..Responsabilidades y atribucionesSus principales responsabilidades serán: Gestionar y analizar indicadores de desempeño de Seguridad Personal a través del desarrollo de tableros de gestión para identificar tendencias, desvíos, recurrencias y oportunidades de mejora.Asegurar la integridad, consistencia, disponibilidad y trazabilidad de los registros. Mantener disponible la evidencia necesaria para auditorías y revisiones de gestión. Seguimiento de acciones: Administrar las acciones derivadas de investigaciones, auditorías, inspecciones y observaciones. Monitorear responsables, fechas comprometidas, vencimientos y estado de avance. Emitir alertas oportunas sobre desvíos y compromisos vencidos. Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre el avance y la efectividad de los planes.Capacitaciones: Mantener actualizada la matriz de capacitación de Seguridad Personal. Coordinar la planificación y logística administrativa de actividades formativas de Seguridad. Monitorear habilitaciones, certificaciones y competencias críticas próximas a vencer.Mejoras y digitalización: Identificar oportunidades de simplificación, automatización y digitalización. Participar en el desarrollo de tableros, flujos de trabajo y soluciones de seguimiento. Brindar soporte durante auditorías internas, externas y evaluaciones corporativas.Requisitos y calificacionesFormación académica: graduados o próximos a graduarse de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Administración, Sistemas de Información.Contar con experiencia previa de 2 a 4 años en posiciones de análisis de gestión, indicadores, mejora continua, sistemas de gestión, capacitación o soporte a áreas de Seguridad, Operaciones o Recursos Humanos. Se valorará experiencia en entornos industriales.Será valorado contar con formación en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa y/o Análisis de datos con Inteligencia Artificial.Manejo de idiomas: inglés intermedioConocimiento de herramientas: Excluyente: Excel avanzado, PowerPoint, Power BI, IA | Deseable: Power Automate, SAP, Bases de datos.Informaciones adicionalesEsquema de Trabajo: 100% presencialLugar de trabajo: Refinería - Dock Sud, Avellaneda (contamos con combis) Horario de trabajo: 7 a 16:30 hsBúsqueda laboral equitativa.
