Responsabilidades e atribuições

Atuar como na definição da governança dos ambientes em nuvem, definindo e implementando políticas, padrões e melhores práticas. Garantir que os ambientes cloud estejam aderentes aos princípios de FinOps, segurança, compliance, arquitetura escalável e sustentável. Definir e implementar controles para gestão de custos, segurança, conformidade e eficiência operacional. Construir e manter frameworks de governança, incluindo definição de landing zones, tagging, políticas (policies) e controles de acesso (IAM/RBAC). Atuar na definição e operação de mecanismos de controle de acesso, segregação de ambientes, redes e dados, alinhados à LGPD e demais normativas aplicáveis. Desenvolver e monitorar KPIs de governança como: aderência a tags, custos não alocados, uso de recursos não conformes, violações de políticas e segurança. Propor e implementar automações para garantir compliance contínuo dos ambientes cloud. Apoiar os times de arquitetura, operações e segurança no desenho e evolução de soluções na nuvem, garantindo aderência aos padrões corporativos. Realizar revisões periódicas de segurança, compliance e eficiência dos ambientes. Apoiar na construção de modelos de gestão financeira da nuvem, incluindo chargeback, showback e alocação de custos. Promover treinamentos, workshops e disseminação de melhores práticas de governança cloud. Ser um ponto de referência interno e para clientes no tema de governança cloud.Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos Necessários:

  Experiência em projetos de governança, segurança, compliance ou gestão de custos em ambientes de nuvem pública (AWS, Azure, GCP ou OCI). Conhecimento sólido sobre os principais pilares de governança cloud: gestão de identidade (IAM/RBAC), políticas, tagging, redes, compliance, segurança e custos. Vivência prática na definição ou operação de landing zones. Conhecimento sobre frameworks de governança como CAF (Cloud Adoption Framework - Microsoft), AWS Well-Architected Framework ou Google Cloud Architecture Framework. Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e relacionamento com times técnicos e de negócio. Pensamento analítico e visão crítica para antecipar riscos e oportunidades de melhoria. Habilidade para trabalhar de forma independente, colaborativa e proativa.Requisitos Desejáveis:Certificações relevantes, como: Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-900, ou equivalente.AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate ou Professional.Google Associate Cloud Engineer ou Professional Cloud Architect.OCI Foundations ou Architect.FinOps Certified Practitioner.Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão e governança cloud, como:AWS Organizations, AWS Control Tower, AWS Config, AWS Budgets.Azure Policy, Azure Cost Management, Azure Blueprints.Google Cloud Resource Manager, Policy Intelligence.Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.).Espanhol e/ou inglês intermediário a avançado.Informações adicionais
