Responsável pela aplicação e monitoramento das nossas políticas de governança, garantindo o compliance e a eficiência do ecossistema atual. Sua atuação será focada em fazer valer os nossos cinco grandes pilares: Acesso, Anonimização, Qualidade, Catálogo e Ownership, além de estruturar indicadores, monitoramento e guardrails para inovações em IA, atuando sempre como um parceiro Business Partner dos Negócios e das Engenharias Federadas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Monitoramento e Qualidade de Dados: Estruturar, medir e acompanhar indicadores de governança (KPIs), focando ativamente em iniciativas de qualidade de dados para assegurar a confiabilidade das bases corporativas.Aplicação das Disciplinas: Monitorar e fazer valer as políticas de governança já existentes, garantindo a execução prática nos pilares de Acesso, Anonimização, Qualidade, Catálogo e Ownership.Governança de IA e Guardrails: Estruturar e aplicar políticas de Governança para IA, focando no monitoramento de modelos e no estabelecimento de guardrails seguros para o consumo de dados corporativos.Fóruns e Comitês: Conduzir Fóruns de Governança de Dados e atuar na sustentação da cultura de dados, aproximando as áreas de negócios, dados e tecnologia.Parceria Estratégica: Atuar de forma altamente relacional, construindo pontes entre as áreas de negócios, Engenharias e Analytics, para lidar com ambientes dinâmicos.Governança Multi-cloud: Acompanhar a aplicação prática da governança em um ecossistema robusto e multi-cloud.

Requisitos e qualificações Bagagem Consolidada: Experiência mínima de 5 anos atuando diretamente com Governança de Dados, incluindo a estruturação e o acompanhamento de indicadores e métricas, transitar bem entre mundo técnico e funcional de Governança de Dados.Soft Skills Avançadas: Perfil relacional, facilidade em criar parcerias, resiliência, jogo de cintura e capacidade de influência com diferentes níveis hierárquicos e áreas de negócio.Hands-on em Governança: Experiência comprovada em desenhar e implementar processos das principais disciplinas de Governança na prática, definir e construir indicadores para medir a eficiência dos processos e conduzir fóruns/comitês.Ecossistemas Complexos: Vivência sólida em ambientes corporativos de alta complexidade e arquitetura Multi-Cloud.Proficiência Técnica (Cloud): Forte conhecimento e experiência prática em GCP e Azure e Databricks.Linguagem: Domínio de SQL (Intermediário a Avançado) para validação e auditoria de processos.Diferenciais:Conhecimento e vivência em nuvem OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).Ferramentas de Governança: Conhecimento prático em catálogos de dados corporativos e processos e ferramentas de qualidade de dados.Noções sólidas e experiência prática com Governança para IA, monitoramento de uso, e implementação de guardrails de segurança.Experiência prévia no setor de seguros ou mercado financeiro.
