#JoinUs 💙A Join está em busca de uma Pessoa Analista de Governança de Dados para fazer parte de um time focado em fazer o melhor!Na Join nós acreditamos que softwares desenvolvidos para pessoas transformam negócios, por essa razão, o nosso time de Recruiters está sempre atento para encontrar aqueles que vão nos ajudar a cumprir esse objetivo.Como Pessoa Analista de Governança de Dados você fará parte de uma squad focada em qualidade, processos criativos e desenvolvimento ágil.Vaga remota com disponibilidade para viagens. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia a dia esperamos que você toque os seguintes processos: Definir e operacionalizar políticas, normas, papéis e processos de governança de dados em contextos multiatores (federais e, progressivamente, federativos).Estruturar e manter catálogos de dados, modelos de metadados, dicionários, taxonomias e estruturas semânticas comuns.Apoiar a definição de dados mestres, domínios de dados e regras de versionamento e rastreabilidade.Apoiar iniciativas de interoperabilidade técnica e semântica entre sistemas e bases heterogêneas.Assegurar conformidade com LGPD, LAI e demais normativos, aplicando princípios de privacy by design e security by design.Definir regras de classificação, compartilhamento, anonimização e proteção de dados sensíveis.Apoiar projetos analíticos e de IA na curadoria, validação e preparação de dados.Produzir normativos técnicos, guias operacionais e documentação de governança.Apoiar processos de transferência de conhecimento e disseminação de boas práticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que será necessário para o nosso match perfeito:Formação superior em Ciência da Informação, Gestão da Informação, Ciência de Dados, Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos em governança, gestão ou qualidade de dados.Governança de dados, DAMA-DMBOK, princípios FAIR.Catálogos de dados, metadados, ontologias e grafos de conhecimento.Interoperabilidade, APIs e padrões abertos.LGPD, proteção de dados e fundamentos de segurança da informação.Noções de arquitetura de dados e suporte a projetos analíticos e de IA.Vivência com ambientes de nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
