Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Governança de TI com experiência sólida em Governança, Auditoria ou áreas correlatas, para estruturar e acompanhar os processos de governança da área de Tecnologia de ponta a ponta.Essa pessoa terá uma atuação transversal, conectando temas de governança, compliance, orçamento, fornecedores, privacidade e inovação. Buscamos alguém com senso crítico, proatividade, autonomia e organização, capaz de estruturar processos, antecipar riscos e atuar com uma visão de controle sem burocratizar ou travar o negócio.Também valorizamos boa articulação com diferentes áreas e fornecedores, atenção aos detalhes e um olhar inovador para melhoria contínua e automação de processos com apoio de Inteligência Artificial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir, revisar e manter políticas, normas, procedimentos e controles de TI;Acompanhar processos de gestão de acessos, gestão de mudanças, continuidade de negócio e controles internos;Definir, acompanhar e reportar KPIs e SLAs da área;Atuar como ponto focal em auditorias internas e externas;Aplicar boas práticas e frameworks como COBIT, ITIL, ITSM, ISO 20000 e ISO 27001;Coordenar, junto às áreas de negócio, o planejamento anual do orçamento de TI, considerando Opex e Capex, além de acompanhar sua execução;Apoiar a validação de solicitações de compra de serviços, ferramentas e licenças de TI;Estruturar e acompanhar a gestão de fornecedores de tecnologia, incluindo processos de due diligence e apoio à gestão de contratos;Apoiar o DPO em temas relacionados à LGPD e proteção de dados pessoais, incluindo análise de fornecedores, cláusulas contratuais, incidentes e artefatos de privacidade;Apoiar a definição de políticas de governança e uso responsável de Inteligência Artificial;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e automação das rotinas da área com ferramentas de IA.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência consolidada em Governança de TI, Auditoria ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em frameworks de governança, gestão de serviços e segurança da informação;Experiência prática com LGPD e proteção de dados, incluindo ROPA, RIPD/DPIA, solicitações de titulares e apoio a incidentes;Experiência na implantação ou estruturação de processos, políticas e controles de Governança de TI;Conhecimento em gestão de fornecedores, due diligence, orçamento, indicadores e SLAs;Vivência com ferramentas de ITSM e processos de Change Management;Capacidade analítica e boa articulação com diferentes áreas do negócio.Diferenciais:Pós-graduação ou MBA em Governança de TI, Gestão de Riscos, Segurança da Informação, Auditoria ou Compliance;Certificações como COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, CRISC ou CISM;Certificação ou formação em LGPD;Experiência com Freshservice, Privacy Tools ou ferramentas similares.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios:Vale Alimentação, Vale Refeição e Vale Transporte;Assistência médica e odontológica com mensalidade 100% custeada pela empresa;Auxílio-creche para as mamães;Wellhub (Gympass): acesso a mais de 250 modalidades em mais de 50 mil academias;Programa de Participação nos Resultados (PPR), alinhado ao alcance de metas e objetivos;Day off no mês do seu aniversário para celebrar com quem você ama;Auxílio-educação para cursos de graduação, pós-graduação e idiomas, além de descontos em instituições parceiras.
