Temos presença em SP, BA, MS, DF e RJ, e operamos também nossa própria usina solar.

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Growth Pleno para atuar diretamente na construção e otimização das nossas estratégias de aquisição, conversão e crescimento.Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar oportunidades em iniciativas de Growth, estruturando testes, acompanhando indicadores, identificando gargalos no funil e garantindo a evolução contínua dos canais e jornadas de conversão.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, executar e otimizar iniciativas de Growth, com foco em aquisição, conversão e geração de resultados para o negócio;Acompanhar e analisar o funil de conversão, identificando gargalos, oportunidades e pontos de melhoria;Estruturar e acompanhar testes e experimentos em canais, campanhas, landing pages, comunicação e jornadas de conversão;Transformar dados e indicadores em insights acionáveis, propondo e implementando melhorias continuamente;Gerenciar projetos de Growth de ponta a ponta, organizando prioridades, cronogramas, entregas e stakeholders;Atuar em parceria com agências e fornecedores de mídia, SEO, performance, criação e outras frentes de aquisição, garantindo qualidade, prazos e resultados;Acompanhar indicadores de aquisição e conversão, identificando desvios e propondo planos de ação;Trabalhar na otimização de landing pages, campanhas, conteúdos e pontos de contato da jornada, buscando aumento de conversão;Apoiar a identificação, validação e desenvolvimento de novos canais de aquisição, como parcerias, afiliados, influenciadores e canais alternativos;Identificar gargalos de processo e execução e atuar diretamente na resolução, buscando maior velocidade e eficiência;Utilizar IA e ferramentas de automação e análise para acelerar processos, gerar insights e melhorar a produtividade das entregas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamosExperiência em Growth, Marketing de Performance, Aquisição, Marketing Digital ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prática acompanhando e otimizando funil de aquisição e conversão;Experiência com gestão de projetos, conduzindo iniciativas de ponta a ponta, da definição da hipótese à execução e análise dos resultados;Conhecimento de métricas de marketing e Growth, como CAC, CPL, CPA, conversão, CTR, ROAS, LTV e/ou métricas relacionadas ao funil;Vivência com testes, experimentação e otimização de conversão;Experiência na gestão de agências, fornecedores ou parceiros de marketing;Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados e comportamento do usuário;

Será considerado um diferencialExperiência com GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, automação de marketing ou ferramentas de analytics;Conhecimento de CRO, SEO ou mídia de performance;Experiência com ferramentas de IA aplicadas a Marketing e Growth;Experiência em empresas digitais, startups, fintechs, marketplaces, SaaS ou negócios orientados a aquisição e conversão.
