Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar indicadores de conversão e rentabilização da marca sob sua responsabilidade;Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e estruturar ações de UX, pricing e produto;Planejar, executar e analisar testes A/B e demais experimentos;Monitorar métricas de performance e gerar insights para tomada de decisão;Diagnosticar variações de comportamento do funil e propor melhorias;Priorizar e gerenciar o backlog da Squad técnica dedicada;Garantir clareza de contexto e direcionamento para execução das demandas;Acompanhar a implementação das iniciativas e remover impedimentos;Articular diferentes áreas para viabilizar entregas e resultados;Apresentar status, aprendizados e resultados para liderança;Apoiar o planejamento de ações estratégicas de médio e longo prazo;Promover a cultura de melhoria contínua baseada em dados.

Requisitos e qualificações É imprescindível que você tenha:Experiência em Growth, Produto, Dados ou áreas relacionadas;Forte capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico;Experiência com análise e interpretação de dados;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel ou Google Sheets;Conhecimento em SQL, Python ou ferramentas similares;Experiência com gestão de backlog e priorização de demandas;Comunicação estruturada e perfil com autonomia e protagonismo.Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se você tiver:Experiência com otimização de conversão (CRO);Vivência com experimentação e metodologia de testes A/B;Experiência em produtos digitais ou marketplaces;Conhecimento em métricas de crescimento e monetização;Familiaridade com ferramentas de Analytics;Vivência trabalhando em Squads multidisciplinares;Conhecimento em UX e comportamento do usuário;Experiência em ambientes orientados por dados e performance.
