O que estará sobre seus cuidados:Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Identidade Digital Pleno, contribuindo para a evolução dos controles de acesso, governança de identidades e segurança da informação. Essa posição terá papel importante na administração do ciclo de vida de acessos, atendimento de demandas críticas relacionadas à identidade digital e apoio às iniciativas de auditoria, automação e governança de acessos, garantindo conformidade, eficiência operacional e segurança para o negócioResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAlém de cuidar, você precisa ter conhecimento em:Administrar o ciclo de vida de identidades e acessos, garantindo a concessão, manutenção, revogação e revisão de acessos aos sistemas corporativos.Atuar como atendimento Nível 2 (N2) para incidentes relacionados a acessos e identidade digital.Executar e apoiar processos de revisão periódica de acessos.Realizar análises de riscos relacionados a acessos críticos.Apoiar demandas de auditorias internas e externas, incluindo levantamento e disponibilização de evidências.Participar de projetos de Segurança da Informação e iniciativas corporativas relacionadas à gestão de identidades.Apoiar a definição e manutenção de modelos de acesso baseados em RBAC, ABAC e Matrizes SoD.Contribuir para iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua dos processos de gestão de acessos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em gestão de identidades e acessos (IAM).Vivência com processos de gestão de acessos, matrizes SoD, RBAC, revisão de acessos, auditorias e tratamento de incidentes relacionados a acessos.Conhecimentos em redes, sistemas operacionais Windows e Pacote Office.Conhecimento em PowerShell para automações e gerenciamento de ambientes Microsoft.Boa comunicação e habilidade para relacionamento com clientes internos.Será um diferencialConhecimento em Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Exchange Online Protection e Microsoft Information Protection (AIP).Experiência com ferramentas de IAM, especialmente SailPoint.Experiência com soluções de gestão de privilégios e cofres de senha, como BeyondTrust.Conhecimento dos frameworks ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST e CIS.Certificações como AZ-900, Security+, ISO 27001 ou certificações MicrosoftInformações adicionaisComo cuidamos de você:Benefícios:Seguro Saúde;Seguro Odontológico;Seguro Decesso;Vale TransporteVale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;13ª Cesta de Alimentação;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Plano de Previdência Privada;Auxílio Creche e/ou Babá;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR);Wellhub;Day off para comemorar seu aniversário;Plataforma de desenvolvimento com mais 300 cursos;Programa de Saúde Integrada: mental, social, financeira e física.Onde ficamos?Nossa sede fica localizada na zona sul de São Paulo, próximo à estação de trem Morumbi (linha 9 – Esmeralda), na região do bairro Chácara Santo Antônio.
