Nessa função, você será peça-chave na execução de projetos estratégicos de rollout, refresh tecnológico e expansão de infraestrutura de TI. Sua missão será garantir que nossos clientes e usuários finais recebam seus ambientes de trabalho configurados com o mais alto padrão de qualidade, eficiência e segurança.Se você tem paixão por infraestrutura, facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e quer acelerar sua carreira em um ambiente tecnológico e vibrante, candidate-se e venha fazer a diferença conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesImplantar estações de trabalho completas, realizando a instalação física e a validação de desktops, notebooks, monitores e periféricos;Instalar, configurar e padronizar o sistema operacional Windows e demais softwares corporativos essenciais;Executar a preparação, captura e restauração de imagens de sistemas (clonagem) de equipamentos de acordo com o padrão estabelecido;Realizar testes de hardware, software e conectividade, garantindo o perfeito funcionamento antes da liberação ao usuário;Garantir a movimentação, instalação física e a organização do cabeamento e equipamentos nos ambientes dos clientes;Cumprir rigorosamente os cronogramas e as metas dos projetos de rollout, focando em produtividade e qualidade;Identificar, registrar e reportar incidentes de TI ou desvios identificados durante as implantações;Manter atualizados a documentação técnica, o inventário de TI e o controle de ativos;Prestar apoio consultivo e operacional às equipes de Suporte Técnico, Infraestrutura e Operações sempre que necessário;Seguir à risca as normas de Segurança da Informação e as boas práticas de TI (ITIL).Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Experiência de 1 a 3 anos em implantação de microinformática, suporte on-site (campo) ou atendimento de TI;Vivência prática em projetos de rollout de equipamentos, refresh tecnológico ou migração de ambientes;Domínio em instalação, configuração e troubleshooting de Sistemas Operacionais Windows e Pacote Office;Experiência prática em diagnóstico de hardware de microinformática (montagem, manutenção e testes);Conhecimento em ferramentas de clonagem de HD / criação de imagens;Bons conhecimentos em redes TCP/IP, endereçamento IP e conectividade;Excel Intermediário para controle de inventário, planilhas de ativos e relatórios de acompanhamento;Curso técnico ou certificações concluídas na área de Suporte de TI, Infraestrutura ou ambiente Microsoft;Disponibilidade e flexibilidade para viagens e atuação em diferentes unidades da empresa.Desejável:Ensino Superior (cursando ou concluído) em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em ferramentas de acesso remoto (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop);Diferencial: Vivência com Active Directory (ingresso de máquinas em domínio e políticas de grupo);Diferencial: Familiaridade com ferramentas de gerenciamento como Microsoft Intune, SCCM ou MDT;Diferencial: Noções de automação e scripts com PowerShell.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08:00 às 18:00.Unidade:Av.
