Estamos em busca de um novo ou nova colega Analista de Implantação (ISM) para atuar como ISM. 🐿️Possuímos mais de 25 mil clientes em todo Brasil e somos um dos líderes de mercado para software de gestão de restaurantes em nuvem! Além disso, somos um dos maiores parceiros integrados ao iFood no Brasil, sendo uma das Super Integradoras. Entregamos uma solução completa aos restaurantes do Ponto de Venda à Retaguarda. Demais, né?E como se não bastasse, recentemente o Ifood também virou nosso investidor, o que significa que vamos acelerar muito nosso crescimento nos próximos meses, por isso precisamos de talentos que compartilham do nosso jeito de ser e querem crescer junto com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a jornada de onboarding, acompanhando os novos clientes durante todo o processo de ativação para garantir uma excelente experiência;Realizar a triagem e distribuição de demandas, recebendo os tickets de novos clientes e direcionando-os de forma estratégica conforme a disponibilidade da equipe;Conduzir reuniões estratégicas, como alinhamentos e treinamentos práticos de uso do sistema com os clientes;Mapear e compreender o modelo de negócio dos clientes, garantindo que o sistema seja configurado para atender às dores e estruturas de cada um;Garantir o cumprimento dos processos internos, atuando em total conformidade com o playbook e as diretrizes da área de ativação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia mínima de 12 meses na função (Onboarding, Implantação ou áreas correlatas de atendimento/sucesso do cliente);Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Processos Gerenciais, Engenharia ou áreas afins;Comunicação verbal e escrita, com clareza para conduzir reuniões e treinamentos;Mentalidade analítica e forte capacidade de resolução de problemas, com foco em superar gargalos técnicos e de processos;Habilidade em inteligência interpessoal, sendo capaz de construir internamente relações estáveis, colaborativas e de confiança;Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial diária em São Leopoldo/RS. Diferenciais (Desejável)

Experiência anterior no segmento de tecnologia ou empresas com modelo SaaS;Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (preferencialmente HubSpot);Conhecimento prático ou teórico em metodologias ágeis.
