Tradição e Modernidade são o coração dos nossos negócios.Com a capacidade de antecipar tendências, a JHSF traz soluções inovadoras para os segmentos em que atua, e estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Importação Pleno, garantindo a eficiência dos processos de importação, acompanhando operações de comércio exterior e dando suporte às áreas de negócio com propriedade, visão analítica e paixão em cada etapa.Buscamos um profissional comprometido, com olhar estratégico, foco em resultados e capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa, assegurando a conformidade dos processos e contribuindo para a excelência operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e acompanhar o processo de importação desde o envio do PO até a chegada da mercadoria.Analisar e conferir a documentação de embarque: PO/ PI/ Invoice/ PL/ AWB/ BLRealizar follow-up com fornecedor no exterior, despachante, agente de carga, transportadora e demais parceiros.Acompanhar a necessidade de licença de importação e classificação fiscal (NCM) junto ao despachante Acompanhar o lead time de produção e entrega das mercadorias.Envio de documentos para fechamento de câmbioLançar os processos e faturas no sistema.Analise de custos e fechamento de processoContato com fornecedores internacionaisRequisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração/COMEX (preferencial)Inglês avançado/fluente (mandatório); Espanhol avançado (desejável)Ter experiência com alto volume de demandas;ter disponibilidade de horários;Linx; Excel avançadoTer habilidade para trabalho em equipe, dinamismo, e pro-atividade;Ser resiliente Ter perfil colaborativo, bom relacionamento interpessoal, boa comunicação e boa escritaMínimo de 5 a 10 anos de experiência na área de Importação; Conhecimento em legislação aduaneira.Informações adicionaisVR: R$ 1.100,00/mês;VT ou estacionamento;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida.Parcerias:TotalPass;Zenklub;Cinemark;Instituições de ensino e idiomas.
