Além disso, valorizamos o fortalecimento de parcerias com fornecedores para garantir as melhores condições de venda dos nossos produtos. Nossa filosofia é oferecer aos clientes os melhores produtos do mercado e garantir agilidade tanto na venda quanto na entrega.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSelecionar e avaliar fornecedores internacionais, negociando termos contratuais, custos, condições de pagamento, prazos de entrega e certificações exigidas;Lidar com questões complexas e resolver problemas relacionados a atrasos, questões regulatórias, danos aos produtos e outras adversidades que possam surgir durante o processo de importação;Desenvolver estratégias de importação, analisando tendências de mercado e identificando oportunidades para otimizar os processos de importação;Fechar o processo junto a Controladoria de todos os gastos realizados na compra do produto e enviar á area de Pricing a sugestão de preço para imput no sistema, a fim de desbloquear os itens para venda, em casos de revenda;Simular o custo estimado da importação de acordo com as condições de venda, custos operacionais e taxas cambiais para dar suporte à análise de viabilidade do produto para a área solicitante;Manter comunicação regular com diferentes áreas, fornecedores e parceiros comerciais, a fim de garantir a integração e alinhamento de processos;Consolidar, analisar e gerenciar periodicamente dados e indicadores da área;Munir o time de Vendas com as informações dos produtos, incluindo chegada aos CD's e valores, a fim de que eles tenham as informações necessárias para venda;Solicitar a área de Marketing a criação de peças de novos produtos e promoções, para ações de divulgação aos vendedores;Acompanhar e revisar se as documentações de importação (faturas, declarações, certificados, etc.), estão de acordo com o negociado;Garantir conformidade com leis e regulamentações aduaneiras; Negociar com fornecedores e agentes internacionais;Coordenar o desembaraço aduaneiro e transporte internacional junto ao despachante;Atualizar-se sobre mudanças na legislação de comércio exterior Análise de estoque vendas, à fim de evitar excessos e/ou rupturas de estoqueRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Comércio Exterior, Administração, Logística ou Relações Internacionais;Conhecimento em legislação aduaneira e comércio internacional;Experiência com sistemas ERP e plataformas de comércio exterior (ex: SISCOMEX / TECWIN / LOGCOMEX / CE PLUS);Inglês fluente;Habilidades analíticas, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de resolução de problemas;Boa comunicação e habilidades de negociação;Organização e adaptabilidade a mudanças regulatórias e de mercado.Informações adicionaisAo fazer parte da nossa equipe, você terá acesso a:Assistência médica UnimedAssistência odontológica UnimedGympassConvênio farmáciaCafé da manhã e da tardeConvênio com Faculdades e Escola de idiomasDesconto em produtosParticipação nos Lucros ou ResultadosPrograma de treinamentosSeguro de vidaVale-alimentação ou Vale-refeiçãoVale-transporte
