Responsabilidades e atribuições ·         Realizar acompanhamento diário dos processos de importação – Follow-up; ·         Atender clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas diversas; ·         Realizar análise crítica documental; Digitar e registrar Declaração de Importação e Licenciamento de Importação;  ·         Acompanhar as etapas do LI e DI junto aos órgãos anuentes; ·         Realizar conferência da Declaração de Importação e Licenciamento de Importação;  ·         Analisar os apontamentos dos processos conferidos; ·         Controlar vencimento de armazenagem; ·         Gerar GARE;  ·         Fazer retificações em geral;  ·         Participar de reunião com cliente e tomar ações visando a qualidade dos serviços e agilidade nos processos;  ·         Avaliar instruções de trabalho (IT);  ·         Propor novos procedimentos para os clientes;  ·         Orientar a preparar tecnicamente a equipe; ·         Criar procedimentos e realizar análise de mapeamento;  ·         Atuar para a solução de desvios se envolvendo a busca de resultados;  ·         Realizar melhoria contínua dos processos;  ·         Gerar e apresentar performance dos clientes;  ·         Acompanhar plano de ação para verificar resultado com áreas envolvidas;  ·         Participar de reuniões com cliente e parceiros; ·         Realizar ações de melhorias da operação ao departamento, junto a Qualidade; ·         Orientar a equipe, nas demandas da operação; ·         Treinar e esclarecer dúvidas da equipe, conforme necessidade; ·         Participar dos processos seletivos dos candidatos, quando há vagas no departamento; ·         Acompanhar as atividades dos colaboradores e sua performance; ·         Dar suporte a gerência, nas demandas de gestão de pessoas.
