Sé un Crafter.Ven a construir el futuro de la logística con nosotros.Tu misión como Analista de Importación y Exportación Marítima FCL Pleno és gestionar embarques de exportación marítima FCL, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos operativos, la calidad del servicio al cliente y la correcta coordinación entre las partes involucradas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestionar integralmente embarques de importación y exportación marítima FCL.Analizar y validar instrucciones de embarque recibidas del área comercial.Coordinar actividades con agentes internacionales, navieras, clientes y proveedores.Realizar seguimiento proactivo de las cargas y mantener informados a los clientes sobre el estatus de sus embarques.Revisar y validar documentación de transporte (HBL, MBL y documentos complementarios).Coordinar correcciones documentales y resolver incidencias operativas de complejidad media.Garantizar la actualización de los sistemas operativos y la calidad de la información registrada.Participar en reuniones operativas con clientes.Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y controles operativos.Escalar oportunamente situaciones de alta complejidad o impacto financiero.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosExperiencia en importación y exportación marítima FCL.Inglés avanzado.Conocimiento sólido de documentación de comercio exterior.Excel intermedio.Experiencia en atención a clientes nacionales e internacionales.CompetenciasCapacidad analítica.Organización y planificación.Comunicación efectiva.Orientación al cliente.Resolución de problemas.Trabajo en equipo.Adaptabilidad.Proactividad.Informações adicionaisOfrecemos salario competitivo y prestaciones de ley
