Junte-se a nós e candidate-se agora!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIndicadores e Métricas:• Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar KPIs (indicadores de desempenho) nas áreas operacionais e administrativas.• Criar dashboards e relatórios analíticos para suporte à tomada de decisão.• Analisar tendências e desvios de indicadores, propondo ações corretivas.Mapeamento e Melhoria de Processos:• Mapear processos utilizando ferramentas como BPMN, SIPOC ou fluxogramas.• Identificar gargalos, desperdícios e oportunidades de melhoria.• Desenvolver e implementar melhorias de processos baseadas em metodologias como Lean, Six Sigma ou Kaizen.Gestão da Qualidade e Projetos de Melhoria Contínua:• Conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua com base em ciclos PDCA ou DMAIC.• Apoiar auditorias internas e externas (ISO, qualidade, compliance).• Promover treinamentos e workshops sobre boas práticas de processos e melhoria contínua.Integração com áreas da empresa:• Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas operacionais, comerciais e estratégicas para alinhamento de processos e indicadores.• Atuar como agente de mudança na disseminação da cultura de melhoria contínua.Apresentações mensais:• Elaborar e apresentar mensalmente os indicadores de desempenho, ações de melhoria implementadas e planos de ação para a equipe interna,lideranças e clientes, promovendo transparência, alinhamento e engajamento nos resultados.Requisitos e qualificações(O) Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Gestão da Qualidade, ou áreas correlatas.(D) Pós-graduação ou certificação em Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt ou superior).(O) Obrigatório(D) DesejávelInformações adicionais👩‍⚕️Convênio médico sem custo para o colaborador🦷Convênio odontológico sem custo para o colaborador🍽️ 🍎Vale alimentação ou vale refeição R$39,20🚌Vale transporte 🪪Seguro de vida💲PLR💪Total Pass💻ICPP (Programa de Incentivo de Capacitação Profissional)😌 Programa Bem-Estar (Atendimento psicológico e ginástica laboral)🚗Estacionamento no local
