Utilizar Analytics, Automação e IA Generativa para transformar processos manuais em soluções inteligentes, reduzindo esforço operacional e tornando as análises financeiras mais ágeis, eficientes e estratégicas.Automatizar a geração, validação e distribuição de relatórios e indicadores financeiros. Desenvolver soluções analíticas em Power BI com foco em eficiência, escalabilidade e experiência do usuário. Aplicar IA Generativa para acelerar análises, criar insights automatizados e aumentar a produtividade das áreas de negócio. Desenvolver assistentes, agentes de IA e soluções inteligentes para consulta e interpretação de indicadores. Identificar e eliminar atividades manuais por meio de automação de processos e integração de ferramentas. Traduzir necessidades das áreas financeiras em soluções analíticas de alto valor agregado. Atuar como parceiro estratégico de Tesouraria, Conciliação, Planejamento Financeiro, Controladoria e demais áreas de negócio. Promover análises mais rápidas, precisas e orientadas por dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão. Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA com impacto mensurável na eficiência operacional e na geração de valor para o negócio.Atuar de forma próxima a usuários de negócio e times multidisciplinares de dados (engenharia e produtos).

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Inteligência Artificial ,Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ,Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados, Analytics e Big Data , Estatística, Matemática Aplicada , Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Atuação em áreas financeiras, preferencialmente: tesouraria, conciliação financeira, planejamento financeiro, contabilidade ou atuação em áreas relacionadas a analytics, BI, estatística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções analíticas.Atuação próxima a usuários de negócio e times multidisciplinares de dados (engenharia e produtos).

Conhecimentos em ferramentas:  Power BI Avançado. DAX / Linguagem M (PBI). Power Query. SQL Avançado. Consultas em bancos de dados (Redshift, Oracle ou similares). Python para automação. Power Automate. Integração via APIs.Inteligência Artificial Generativa aplicada ao ambiente corporativo.Prompt Engineering.Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI ou ferramentas similares.Informações adicionaisDiferenciais:

Experiência na construção de agentes de IA corporativos. Conhecimento em Copilot Studio. Conhecimento em Microsoft Fabric. Experiência em fintechs,adquirências, meios de pagamento ou instituições financeiras. Conhecimento dos processos de Tesouraria, Conciliação, Planejamento Financeiro, Controladoria ou Contabilidade.
