Nosso objetivo é estar entre as maiores e melhores empresas de TI do Brasil, oferecendo o que há de mais inovador aos nossos clientes, parceiros, colaboradores e comunidade.Junte-se a esse grande grupo que já conquistou diversos prêmios da AWS e é está no ranking das melhores empresas para se trabalhar (GPTW)!Nossos Analistas de Infra Cloud Pleno será o ponto focal para todas as operações relacionadas à infraestrutura AWS do cliente, incluindo provisionamento, monitoramento, manutenção e resolução de incidentes.Se você tem curiosidade e vontade de aprender novas ferramentas, plataformas e tecnologias, é Data Driven e HandsOn, é uma pessoa sempre antenada nas novidades do Mundo Cloud e Devops, essa vaga é para você!Candidate-se, queremos te conhecer!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer o ponto focal para todas as operações relacionadas à infraestrutura AWS do cliente, incluindo provisionamento, monitoramento, manutenção e resolução de incidentes.Prestar suporte técnico contínuo para garantir a disponibilidade e o desempenho dos serviços AWS do cliente, respondendo rapidamente a incidentes e problemas técnicos.Implementar e manter políticas de segurança conforme as diretrizes estabelecidas, garantindo que todas as práticas de segurança sejam seguidas rigorosamente.Identificar oportunidades de otimização de custos e desempenho, garantindo que os recursos AWS sejam utilizados de maneira eficiente e escalável.Estabelecer e manter um relacionamento próximo com o cliente, compreendendo suas necessidades específicas e fornecendo soluções adaptadas às suas demandas.Manter documentação atualizada dos procedimentos operacionais e incidentes resolvidos, além de fornecer relatórios regulares de status e desempenho.Participar do planejamento e execução de projetos do cliente relacionados à infraestrutura e segurança da informação Requisitos e qualificações Clareza na comunicação e atenção aos detalhes · Responsabilidade com prazos e horários .Capacidade de produzir documentação técnica para uso pela equipe e clientes.Imprescindível experiência em Kubernetes (EKS) e Spot.io.Experiência prática com uma ampla gama de serviços AWS, incluindo EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda.Experiência em configuração e gerenciamento de políticas de segurança em AWS, IAM roles, Security Groups, Cognito, e implementação de práticas recomendadas de segurança.Habilidade em automação de infraestrutura utilizando ferramentas como AWS CloudFormation ou Terraform, para garantir a consistência e a escalabilidade da infraestrutura.Conhecimento em estratégias de backup e recuperação de dados em ambientes AWS, utilizando serviços como AWS Backup, snapshots EBS, e replicação de dados.Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento como CloudWatch, CloudTrail.Envolvimento em solução de incidentes dos mais diferentes níveis, contando com o apoio da squad em que está inserido.Não menos importante: é fundamental que o profissional tenha grande habilidade de comunicação e relacionamento pessoal + Conhecimentos diferenciais: · Conhecimentos em monitoramento (Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic, Elastic Stack).Conhecimentos em conectividade em nuvem (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, IPAM, VPN).+ Certificações obrigatórias: AWS CCP – Certified Cloud Practitioner.+Certificações desejáveis: AWS SAA – Solutions Architect AssociateInformações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS;🍞 Vale Alimentação
