Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar na área de Infraestrutura de TI, com perfil generalista, hands-on e capacidade de atuar em diferentes frentes do ambiente tecnológico. Buscamos um profissional com boa visão de infraestrutura, autonomia para resolução de problemas e interesse em atuar tanto na operação quanto em projetos e melhorias, para integrar nossa equipe e contribuir diretamente com a estrutura da empresa Agenda Assessoria como um todo.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades: Atuar na administração, manutenção e suporte da infraestrutura de TI;Atuar na administração das redes e servidores;Gerenciar ambientes Active Directory;Administrar firewalls, antivírus/EDR e recursos de segurança;Configurar e manter switches, access points e demais recursos de conectividade;Realizar troubleshooting e solucionar incidentes de infraestrutura;Executar configurações e manutenções preventivas e corretivas;Acompanhar o monitoramento do ambiente de infraestrutura;Apoiar projetos relacionados à infraestrutura de TI;Elaborar e manter a documentação técnica do ambiente;Identificar oportunidades e implementar melhorias na infraestrutura.Experiências e conhecimentos necessários:Experiência em infraestrutura de TI e redes; Conhecimentos em TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS e roteamento; Conhecimento em firewall e regras de segurança; Active Directory e GPO; Windows Server; antivírus/EDR; switches e Access Points/Wi-Fi; Habilidade em monitoramento de infraestrutura; backup; virtualização e troubleshooting;Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento e experiência com ambientes corporativos;Desejável conhecimento em ITIL, ISO 27001, LGPD e boas práticas de gestão de infraestrutura.Requisitos e qualificações FormaçãoFormação superior completa ou em andamento em: Tecnologia da Informação;Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação ou áreas correlatas. Cursos, certificações e especializações que serão considerados diferenciais, nas áreas de:  Infraestrutura de TI Redes Segurança da informação Cloud computingVirtualização e monitoramentoCompetências desejadas Profissional proativo e organizado;Perfil analítico; Boa capacidade de troubleshooting;Autonomia e visão ampla de infraestrutura, capaz de atuar em diferentes tecnologias; Facilidade em aprender rapidamente novos conhecimentos;Habilidade em se adaptar à novos ambientes. Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, fornecedores e diferentes áreas da empresa.

DiferenciaisExperiência prática em ambientes corporativos de infraestrutura de TI;Conhecimento em redes, firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, roteamento e troubleshooting;Experiência com ambientes Windows Server, Active Directory e GPO;Conhecimento em virtualização, servidores, backup e soluções de alta disponibilidade;Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento como Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana ou similares;Conhecimento em ambientes de nuvem, datacenter e conectividade entre unidades;Experiência com equipamentos e soluções de fabricantes como MikroTik, Cisco, UniFi e similares;Conhecimento em segurança da informação, boas práticas de hardening e controle de acessos;Capacidade de atuar em projetos de infraestrutura, documentação técnica e melhoria contínua;Perfil hands-on, com autonomia para diagnóstico e resolução de problemas.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde;Plano Odontológico;Day Off;Refeitório na empresa;Convênio com SESC;Vale Transporte;Empréstimo Consignado com desconto em folha;
