Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Infraestrutura de TI Sênior para fazer parte de uma equipe de Tecnologia que atua de forma próxima, colaborativa e orientada à continuidade e evolução dos ambientes tecnológicos.Nesta posição, você terá uma atuação técnica relevante, apoiando a sustentação e evolução da infraestrutura, atuando na resolução de demandas de maior complexidade e contribuindo para projetos e melhorias que garantam disponibilidade, segurança, performance e confiabilidade dos serviços de TI.Buscamos alguém com perfil hands-on, analítico e resolutivo, que goste de investigar problemas, compartilhar conhecimento e trabalhar em equipe, mas que também tenha senioridade e autonomia para conduzir tecnicamente suas entregas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar, monitorar e sustentar ambientes de infraestrutura de TI, garantindo disponibilidade, performance, segurança e continuidade dos serviços;Administrar ambientes de virtualização Microsoft Hyper-V e VMware;Realizar a gestão e manutenção de servidores físicos e virtuais, em ambientes Windows Server e Linux;Administrar e realizar troubleshooting de redes LAN, WAN, WLAN e VLANs, atuando na identificação e resolução de incidentes;Executar e acompanhar rotinas de backup, restore, recuperação de dados e continuidade do ambiente;Atuar na administração e integração de ambientes on-premises, cloud e híbridos;Monitorar capacidade, disponibilidade e performance da infraestrutura, atuando preventivamente na identificação de riscos;Investigar e solucionar incidentes de maior complexidade, realizando análise de causa-raiz e propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;Participar e conduzir tecnicamente projetos de implantação, atualização, migração e modernização da infraestrutura;Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à segurança da informação, controles de acesso e proteção dos ambientes;Elaborar e manter atualizados procedimentos, documentações e padrões técnicos;Interagir tecnicamente com fornecedores e parceiros, acompanhando serviços e soluções contratadas;Identificar oportunidades de automação, melhoria de performance, segurança e otimização dos ambientes de TI;Compartilhar conhecimento e apoiar tecnicamente os demais profissionais da equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência com administração de servidores Windows e conhecimentos em Linux;Vivência com ambientes de virtualização, principalmente Hyper-V e/ou VMware;Bons conhecimentos em redes, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, LAN e WAN;Experiência com Active Directory, usuários, acessos e permissões;Conhecimento de rotinas e soluções de backup, restore e recuperação de dados;Vivência com monitoramento de infraestrutura e atuação em incidentes;Facilidade para investigar problemas, identificar a causa e buscar soluções, principalmente em situações mais críticas;Conhecimentos em Segurança da Informação e boas práticas de proteção dos ambientes;Conhecimento ou experiência com ambientes cloud, como Azure, AWS ou Google Cloud.Será um diferencial ter pós-graduação ou especialização em Infraestrutura, Redes, Cloud ou Segurança da Informação, além de certificações Microsoft/Azure, VMware, AWS, Cisco, Linux ou similares.Também valorizamos conhecimentos em PowerShell, automação de rotinas, ITIL e participação em projetos de migração ou atualização de infraestrutura.Mais do que conhecer ferramentas, procuramos alguém que tenha perfil mão na massa, organização e senso de prioridade, que consiga trabalhar bem com o time, compartilhar conhecimento e tenha autonomia para assumir as responsabilidades técnicas esperadas de uma posição Sênior.Informações adicionaisA contratação será em regime CLT, com atuação 100% presencial, de segunda a sexta-feira.Além da remuneração compatível com a posição, oferecemos um pacote de benefícios.
