Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory e integrações híbridas.Vivência na administração de Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint e OneDrive).Experiência com Microsoft Intune e gerenciamento de dispositivos corporativos.Conhecimentos em Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, GPOs e serviços de infraestrutura Microsoft.Experiência em troubleshooting avançado, gestão de incidentes críticos e ambientes de alta disponibilidade.Conhecimento em governança, segurança, monitoramento, backup e recuperação de ambientes cloud.Experiência na orientação técnica de equipes de suporte ou profissionais juniores.
