Nesta função, você será responsável por administrar, manter e aprimorar continuamente o ambiente de infraestrutura de TI, contribuindo para a disponibilidade, integridade e confidencialidade dos ativos e informações da YLBR, em conformidade com os padrões corporativos e as melhores práticas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Administrar os serviços de infraestrutura de TI, incluindo a operação, a manutenção e a melhoria contínua do ambiente. Gerenciar o parque de servidores locais e externos, coordenando rotinas de instalação, manutenção e backup. Controlar o parque de periféricos, incluindo computadores, impressoras e coletores de dados sem fio. Administrar o ambiente de rede cabeada e sem fio, assim como os equipamentos e sistemas envolvidos. Garantir a disponibilidade dos serviços de telecomunicações, incluindo voz fixa, voz móvel e dados. Realizar análises de riscos e vulnerabilidades do ambiente, bem como configurar equipamentos e sistemas de segurança, incluindo firewall, DMZ, antivírus e Active Directory. Apoiar a gestão de projetos relacionados à infraestrutura de TI. Administrar os SLAs de incidentes e requisições do Service Desk. Gerenciar contratos com fornecedores, orçamento e controles financeiros da área. Atuar em contato com clientes, fornecedores e todas as áreas internas, mantendo bom relacionamento e comunicação. Liderar equipes e atividades relacionadas à infraestrutura e rede.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo. Experiência em atividades de infraestrutura de TI. Conhecimento em instalação, manutenção e backup de servidores locais e externos. Conhecimento em computadores, impressoras, coletores de dados e demais periféricos. Conhecimento em equipamentos de rede, redes locais, cabeamento e redes sem fio. Conhecimento em segurança da informação, incluindo firewall, DMZ, antivírus e Active Directory. Conhecimento em telecomunicações, incluindo equipamentos e serviços de voz fixa, voz móvel e dados. Conhecimento em gestão de projetos, administração de incidentes e requisições do Service Desk. Experiência com gestão de contratos e controles financeiros. Capacidade de liderança, bom relacionamento interpessoal e comunicação.

Desejável Inglês Avançado. Diferencial se possuir certificações na área.
