Estamos em busca de um Analista de Infraestrutura Pleno comprometido em apoiar a disponibilidade, estabilidade e o bom funcionamento dos recursos tecnológicos da empresa, contribuindo para a continuidade das operações com segurança, eficiência e alto desempenho.Procuramos um profissional com atenção aos detalhes, senso de responsabilidade e postura proativa, que atue em conjunto com as equipes técnicas no suporte, manutenção e melhoria da infraestrutura de TI, incluindo ambientes de redes, servidores, sistemas e ativos tecnológicos, sempre em conformidade com os padrões e políticas de segurança.Você terá a oportunidade de atuar em uma empresa sólida e reconhecida, onde tradição e modernidade caminham juntas, e onde cada ação é valorizada como parte essencial do nosso crescimento.Se você busca um ambiente que estimula aprendizado contínuo, trabalho em equipe e a construção de soluções que realmente fazem a diferença, venha fazer parte do nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê será responsável por:Prestar suporte técnico de primeiro e segundo nível aos usuários da empresa, presencialmente e remotamente;Atender chamados relacionados a hardware, sistemas operacionais, aplicativos corporativos e periféricos;Registrar, acompanhar e encerrar chamados conforme procedimentos definidos e SLA estabelecido;Orientar usuários quanto ao uso correto dos recursos de TI e às boas práticas de segurança da informação;Administrar e manter a rede local (LAN), incluindo switches, cabeamento estruturado e pontos de acesso;Monitorar a conectividade de rede, identificando e solucionando falhas simples;Configurar equipamentos de rede, sob orientação de analistas mais experientes ou gestores;Administrar servidores físicos e virtuais (on-premise ou híbridos);Executar rotinas operacionais em sistemas Windows e/ou Linux, conforme o ambiente da empresa;Aplicar atualizações, correções e realizar verificações de funcionamento dos serviços;Instalar, configurar e realizar a manutenção de estações de trabalho, notebooks, impressoras e dispositivos móveis;Controlar o inventário de ativos de TI, mantendo informações atualizadas sobre equipamentos e licenças;Realizar substituição, upgrade e movimentação de equipamentos conforme demandas internas;Aplicar as políticas de segurança da informação definidas pela empresa;Gerenciar acessos, permissões e perfis de usuários;Manter atualizada a documentação técnica da infraestrutura (procedimentos, configurações e rotinas).Requisitos e qualificações🎓 Formação: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em: Tecnologia da Informação; Sistemas de Informação; Ciência da Computação; Redes de Computadores; Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.🛠 Conhecimentos técnicos: Conhecimentos em Windows Client (Windows 10/11). Noções de Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO). Conhecimentos básicos em Linux (conceitos de serviços, permissões e comandos básicos). Fundamentos de redes de computadores (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT). Conhecimento básico em: Switches e roteadores. Conhecimento em cabeamento estruturado, Redes LAN e Wi-Fi. Instalação e manutenção de: Estações de trabalho e notebooks, Impressoras e periféricos, Noções de virtualização (ex.: Hyper-V, VMware ou similar). Experiência ou familiaridade com: Sistemas de chamados (Help Desk / Service Desk) Ferramentas de acesso remoto, Conhecimento em inventário de ativos de TI e controle de licenças. Conhecimento em conceitos básicos de: Controle de acesso Antivírus e proteção de endpoint, Boas práticas de segurança da informação Cursos técnicos ou profissionalizantes em: Redes de Computadores, Suporte Técnico em TI, Administração de Sistemas. Desejável cursos de fundamentos em: Infraestrutura de TI , Segurança da Informação, ITIL ou boas práticas de serviços de TI.🤝 Competências comportamentais: Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Postura profissional voltada ao atendimento ao cliente interno. Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade. Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
