Buscamos um(a) Analista de Infraestrutura Sênior para integrar nosso time de Tecnologia, atuando na sustentação, evolução e segurança do ambiente de infraestrutura de TI.Essa posição terá papel estratégico na garantia da alta disponibilidade, performance, segurança e continuidade dos serviços tecnológicos, contribuindo diretamente para uma operação eficiente, estável e alinhada aos padrões de excelência da companhia.Procuramos um profissional com perfil hands-on, analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados, que tenha autonomia para atuar em ambientes críticos e maturidade para se relacionar com diferentes áreas do negócio e fornecedores.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar e sustentar ambientes de servidores Windows e Linux, físicos e virtuais.Gerenciar ambientes de virtualização, storage, backup e disaster recovery.Administrar redes corporativas, incluindo LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, switches e roteadores.Monitorar disponibilidade, capacidade, desempenho e indicadores do ambiente de infraestrutura.Atuar na identificação, análise e resolução de incidentes e problemas de alta complexidade.Participar do planejamento e execução de projetos de infraestrutura e tecnologia.Implementar melhorias de performance, disponibilidade, segurança e automação.Administrar serviços de Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO e Microsoft 365/Azure.Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas a cloud computing, especialmente ambientes Microsoft Azure.Garantir rotinas de backup, testes de restauração e procedimentos de continuidade de negócio.Elaborar e manter documentação técnica, procedimentos e diagramas de infraestrutura.Atuar na gestão técnica de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.Acompanhar contratos, SLAs e indicadores relacionados aos serviços de infraestrutura.Apoiar auditorias, controles de segurança e requisitos de compliance.Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de Segurança da Informação, Sistemas, Service Desk e demais áreas de Tecnologia.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em infraestrutura de TI em ambientes corporativos.Conhecimentos avançados em Windows Server e Linux.Experiência com Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO e Microsoft 365.Conhecimento de redes TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing e switching.Experiência com firewalls e ferramentas de monitoramento.Conhecimento em virtualização, preferencialmente VMware e/ou Hyper-V.Experiência com soluções de backup e recuperação de dados.Conhecimentos de Azure e/ou outras plataformas de cloud.Capacidade de análise e troubleshooting de ambientes complexos.Experiência com gestão de incidentes, mudanças e problemas.Inglês técnico para leitura de documentação e interação com fornecedores.     Será considerado um diferencial:Certificações Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Cisco, Fortinet ou ITIL.Experiência com ambientes de alta disponibilidade e missão crítica.Conhecimento em PowerShell e automação.Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento.Conhecimento em segurança de infraestrutura e hardening.Experiência em ambientes de hotelaria, hospitalidade, varejo, imobiliário, entretenimento ou operações de alto padrão.Vivência com projetos de transformação digital e modernização de infraestrutura.
