Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte técnico presencial aos usuários das áreas assistenciais, administrativas e operacionais, visando garantir a continuidade dos serviços de tecnologia;Planejar e executar atividades de operação, sustentação e evolução da infraestrutura corporativa (Servidores, Storage, Backup, Redes, Virtualização VMware, Cloud, Data Centers e Banco de Dados SQL). Monitoramento de ambientes e serviços corporativos, com controle e acompanhamento dos ativos de TI.Monitorar e analisar performance, disponibilidade da infraestrutura de TI;Abertura, acompanhamento e cobrança de chamados junto a prestadores de serviços externos, garantindo a evolução das tratativas e o cumprimento dos prazos acordados.Administrar a infraestrutura de Telefonia IP / Call Center junto aos provedores de serviços.Manter o inventário técnico e os controles patrimoniais atualizados de todos os ativos e equipamentos dos Data Centers e filiais corporativos.Execução dos processos de Gestão de Mudanças (GMUD), Incidentes, Problemas e Configurações, aplicando frameworks de mercado (ITIL) e garantindo o alinhamento aos SLAs.Assegurar a aplicação contínua das políticas de Segurança da Informação, diretrizes de controle de acesso e conformidade com normas de governança de TI.Elaborar, revisar e testar periodicamente o Plano de Continuidade de Negócios (PCN/BCP) e o Plano de Recuperação de Desastres (DRP) da infraestrutura.Identificar gargalos operacionais e liderar planos de melhoria contínua, revisando processos existentes e implementando automações ou otimizações.Atuar como especialista/ponto focal de infraestrutura em projetos estratégicos de TI, realizando o levantamento de requisitos, arquitetura de soluções e especificação técnicaElaborar, padronizar e manter atualizadas as documentações técnicas, topologias de rede e POPs.Orientar, capacitar e mentorar os profissionais de suporte técnico (N1/N2) e níveis plenos/juniores, promovendo a evolução técnica e o alinhamento da equipe

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino Superior cursando ou completo em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas. Desejável:Experiências em configuração e administração de redes (Routing & Switching Cisco/Huawei), SD-WAN e gestão de Switches e Controllers Wi-Fi/AP (Cisco/Huawei). Experiência na administração de telefonia IP (VoIP) e sistemas de Call Center.Domínio na administração de ambiente Microsoft On-Premises (AD, DHCP, DNS, FS, Print Server, DC).Conhecimentos avançados na gestão do ecossistema Microsoft 365.Conhecimentos avançados em virtualização (Hyper-V, VMware);Conhecimentos sólidos em Banco de Dados SQL.Certificação ou treinamento em ITIL Foundation, Microsoft MD-102, Microsoft MS-900, CompTIA A+ ou equivalentes, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) ou Huawei para R&S e/ou Comunicação Unificada (UC).Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho:Hospital da Mulher.
