Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Infraestrutura Sênior para atuar na administração, sustentação e evolução dos ambientes de storage, backup e virtualização, garantindo alta disponibilidade, desempenho e segurança da infraestrutura que suporta as operações da empresa.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência técnica, perfil analítico e capacidade de atuar com autonomia em ambientes críticos, contribuindo para a modernização da infraestrutura e para a continuidade dos serviços de TI.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar e manter ambientes de storage, backup e virtualização, garantindo disponibilidade, desempenho e confiabilidade dos serviços.Planejar e executar atividades de implantação, atualização, migração e expansão da infraestrutura.Atuar na resolução de incidentes de alta complexidade, realizando análise de causa raiz e implementando ações preventivas.Administrar rotinas de backup, restauração e recuperação de desastres (Disaster Recovery), garantindo a integridade e disponibilidade dos dados.Monitorar a capacidade dos ambientes e propor melhorias de desempenho, escalabilidade e utilização dos recursos.Apoiar projetos de infraestrutura e transformação digital, atuando como referência técnica nas disciplinas de storage, backup e virtualização.Elaborar e manter documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e padrões da infraestrutura.Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes globais, fornecedores e demais áreas de TI para garantir a evolução contínua da plataforma.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.

Sólida experiência na administração de ambientes de storage, backup e virtualização; plataformas de virtualização, como VMware vSphere, Hyper-V ou similares; soluções de backup corporativo, como Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup ou equivalentes; hardware de servidores

Conhecimentos em tecnologias de armazenamento (SAN, NAS e Object Storage)

Experiência em ambientes de alta disponibilidade e recuperação de desastres (Disaster Recovery).

Conhecimentos em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux.

Inglês avançado

Diferenciais

Experiência com infraestrutura híbrida e serviços em nuvem (Azure, AWS ou GCP).

Conhecimentos em automação utilizando PowerShell, Python ou ferramentas similares.

Certificações em VMware, Veeam, fabricantes de storage ou plataformas cloud.

Conhecimento em ITIL e processos de gestão de serviços de TI.
