Venha somar com a gente.#Juntos transformaremos fronteiras em possibilidades!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhamento do processo de cadastro e registro de novos clientes INR's.Intermediação com área jurídica quando necessária para alterações de documentos relacionados à área;Realização de registros de INR na CVM e Banco Central;Intermediação com a área de custódia em procedimentos relacionados aos ativos dos investidores;Controle de Gestão e organização dos documentos recebidos;Auxilio nas demandas de outras áreas quando relacionadas ao produto;Acompanhamento de cobrança de custos trimestrais e anuais dos clientes;Atendimento às demandas dos clientes INR's;Análise de legalidade e fundamentação econômica das operações de câmbio dos INR's;Realização de reuniões com clientes INR's (algumas vezes em inglês).Contato e atendimento aos clientes/escritório de advocacia para esclarecimentos das operações desejadas;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Contabilidade, Direito, Comércio Exterior;Inglês avançado para leitura, escrita e conversação (participará de reuniões em inglês);Conhecimento de processos relacionados ao cadastro, registro (CVM e BCB) e acompanhamento de cliente INR para fins de Investimento na no mercado de capitais (Representação legal e custódia no âmbito da Resolução Conjunta 13).Conhecimento das legislações e suas alterações (CVM e BCB), relacionados à atividade de representação legal.Conhecimento básico sobre valores mobiliários.Disponibilidade para atuar na Av.
