Leitura de mercado e participação Analisar bases de auditoria de mercado (IQVIA e Close-Up), construindo visões de market share em valor e unidades, evolução MAT/YTD, desempenho versus mercado e versus concorrência direta por molécula, classe terapêutica e região Monitorar movimentos de concorrentes — lançamentos, preço, ganho de share — e sinalizar antecipadamente riscos e oportunidades de portfólio Cruzar auditoria externa com dados internos de sell-in, sell-out e estoque de canal, explicando divergências e sustentando a leitura correta da demanda real Books e rotina de reporting Elaborar e evoluir os books comerciais recorrentes (mensais, de ciclo e ad hoc) para diretoria comercial, gerências regionais e força de vendas — com narrativa analítica, não apenas gráficos Garantir consistência, prazo e confiabilidade dos números publicados, sendo a referência quando um indicador for questionado Performance comercial e força de vendas Acompanhar atingimento de meta, cobertura, positivação, produtividade por representante e desempenho por território/brick Apoiar setorização, definição de quotas e campanhas de incentivo com base analítica Apoiar o ciclo de forecast e planejamento de demanda junto a Marketing, Trade e Supply Dados e automação Extrair e tratar dados a partir de SAP e demais bases internas, integrando-os às bases de mercado Estruturar e manter os "de-para" de produto, apresentação e concorrente entre a codificação interna e a das auditorias de mercado Automatizar rotinas manuais e evoluir os modelos e dashboards em Power BI, reduzindo tempo de consolidação e ampliando tempo de análiseRequisitos e qualificações🔎 O que você precisa ter

Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Estatística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas A partir de 3 anos em Inteligência Comercial, BI Comercial, Trade ou Planejamento de Vendas — preferencialmente na indústria farmacêutica Conhecimento avançado em Excel (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas complexas, Power Query) Conhecimento de ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Qlik Sense ou Tableau) Conhecimento com sistemas de CRM e gestão comercial Conhecimento de metodologias de segmentação e territorialização Capacidade de análise estatística e interpretação de dados SQL para extração e cruzamento de bases Experiência com SAP como origem de dados comerciais
