Apoiar os processos de previsão de vendas e forecast e suportar o processo de coleta, tratamento e consolidação das informações de estoques dos clientes, gerando inteligência a partir do cruzamento de sell-in, sell-out e estoques e garantindo bases acuradas e pontuais para o planejamento comercial e o S&OP.Responsabilidades e atribuições Suportar o processo de coleta das informações de estoque dos clientes, garantindo o recebimento dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Tratar, padronizar e consolidar as informações de estoque dos clientes em uma base única, assegurando consistência de produtos, códigos e unidades.Calcular e acompanhar indicadores de estoque dos clientes, como dias de estoque, cobertura e média diária de vendas, sinalizando riscos de ruptura ou excesso.Gerar inteligência a partir do cruzamento das informações de sell-in, sell-out e estoque dos clientes, identificando riscos e oportunidades para o negócio.Apoiar o processo de previsão de vendas (forecast), atualizando bases, históricos e premissas junto ao time de Inteligência Comercial.Apoiar o processo de S&OP por meio da consolidação e análise de informações de sell-in, sell-out e estoques dos clientes.Elaborar e atualizar relatórios recorrentes de acompanhamento comercial, incluindo vendas versus meta, forecast e níveis de estoque.Garantir a acuracidade e a pontualidade das informações divulgadas, realizando validações e reconciliações entre diferentes fontes de dados.Realizar interface com clientes e equipe comercial para obtenção, validação e esclarecimento de informações de estoque e vendas.Apoiar rotinas administrativas e demandas ad hoc da área de Inteligência Comercial.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos

Ensino superior completo ou em fase de conclusão em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Marketing ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel. Vivência com manipulação, consolidação e análise de bases de dados. Facilidade com números e raciocínio analítico. Conhecimento em Power BI será considerado diferencial.
