Temos como objetivo oferecer a lojistas um novo método de pagamento, para aumentar suas vendas de um jeito simples, descomplicado e ágil, mas também temos como objetivo oferecer às pessoas a oportunidade de comprar aquilo que desejam, sem se comprometerem com os altos juros do cartão de crédito.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Consolidar e analisar indicadores de performance comercial e operacional, identificando tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria..• Aprimorar o modelo de gestão e automações  .• Monitorar a qualidade e integridade dos dados, identificando inconsistências e propondo correções;.• Criar e manter automações, workflows e alertas, reduzindo processos manuais e prevenindo falhas;.• Desenvolver e atualizar dashboards e relatórios para acompanhamento de indicadores e tomada de decisão;.• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e funcionalidades do CRM;.• Apoiar as áreas usuárias na utilização e evolução das ferramentas comerciais;.• Documentar processos e regras, garantindo padronização e confiabilidade das informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência:Experiência prévia em inteligência comercial, operações de CRM ou performance de vendas;Vivência com gestão e padronização de dados comerciais entre diferentes sistemas (CRM, Backoffice, BI), garantindo consistência e qualidade da informação;Atuação prévia com acompanhamento de indicadores, definição de metas e gestão de performance comercial;Experiência em criação de dashboards e relatórios executivos (ex: relatórios de comitê, painéis de produtividade), com foco em storytelling e tomada de decisão;Habilidades Técnicas:Domínio de ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Metabase etc.);Conhecimento de SQL para extração, tratamento e cruzamento de dados;Familiaridade com CRM (ex: Salesforce, Hubspot) e ferramentas de automação comercial, incluindo gestão de propriedades, integrações e qualidade de base;Excel/Google Sheets intermediário;Capacidade de construir análises financeiras, projeções e modelos de metas;Conhecimento de métricas comerciais (vendas, conversão, funil, metas, rentabilidade, etc.);Habilidades Comportamentais:Perfil protagonista e orientado a resultados, com senso de dono sobre as entregas;Forte capacidade analítica, comunicação oral e escrita e boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;Habilidade para traduzir dados em narrativas e recomendações práticas para diferentes públicos;Proatividade e senso de dono, com autonomia para tratar diretamente com times de produto, operações e executivos comerciais.Informações adicionaisModelo de Contratação CLT;Remuneração Competitiva;Pensando no seu bem-estar e de toda sua família, oferecemos plano de saúde com cobertura 100% do titular e 75% para o primeiro dependente;Ifood Benefícios;Day Off no mês de aniversário;Seguro de Vida Coletivo;Cupom de desconto nas nossas lojas parceiras;Modelo híbrido de trabalho (1-2x presencial na Avenida Paulista).
