Pioneira regional na fabricação e comércio de pães congelados, a Gold Pão está sempre em busca de pessoas proativas, dispostas a inovar e mudar nossa realidade para melhor!Venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuições• Estruturar, implementar e manter a área de People Analytics, definindo indicadores, métricas e modelos de análise alinhados à estratégia da empresa.• Elaborar estudos sobre turnover, absenteísmo, headcount, produtividade, movimentações, remuneração, desempenho, treinamento, sucessão, recrutamento e seleção, clima organizacional, engajamento e demais indicadores de pessoas.• Desenvolver dashboards executivos e gerenciais para acompanhamento dos principais indicadores de Gente & Gestão.• Desenvolver indicadores de eficiência dos processos de Gente & Gestão, propondo melhorias baseadas em dados.• Apoiar o planejamento estratégico de pessoas por meio de análises de cenários, projeções de mão de obra e estudos de tendências.• Monitorar indicadores relacionados à diversidade, inclusão, saúde, segurança, bem-estar e experiência do colaborador.• Automatizar relatórios e processos de análise utilizando ferramentas de Business Intelligence.• Desenvolver e manter o painel executivo de indicadores de Gente & Gestão, consolidando informações estratégicas para suporte às decisões da área.• Elaborar estudos, análises e apresentações executivas que subsidiem no processo de tomada de decisão.• Transformar dados complexos em apresentações executivas claras, objetivas e visualmente atrativas.• Produzir análises gerenciais capazes de antecipar riscos, tendências e oportunidades relacionados ao capital humano.Requisitos e qualificações• Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Estatística, Economia, Engenharia, Matemática, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.• Pós-graduação ou MBA em Business Intelligence, Ciência de Dados, Analytics, Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial.• Conhecimento avançado em Business Intelligence, Power BI ou ferramentas similares.• Excel Avançado.• Estatística aplicada.• Modelagem de dados.• SQL será considerado um diferencial.• Conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial aplicada à análise de dados será considerado um diferencial.• Conhecimento em sistemas integrados de RH.• Conhecimento em indicadores estratégicos de Recursos Humanos.Experiência• Experiência em People Analytics, Business Intelligence ou Inteligência de Dados aplicada à Gestão de Pessoas.• Vivência na construção de dashboards executivos e indicadores gerenciais.• Experiência em análise estatística, interpretação de indicadores e elaboração de estudos gerenciais.• Conhecimento dos subsistemas de Recursos Humanos.Informações adicionais🏥 Plano de Saúde🦷 Plano Odontológico🎗 Seguro de Vida🧺 Vale Alimentação🚌 Vale transporte💊 Convênio Farmácia
