Essa pessoa irá atuar como referência na transformação de dados em informações estratégicas para a área de Logística, apoiando gestores e diretoria na tomada de decisão por meio de análises, indicadores e dashboards. Será responsável por estruturar e integrar dados de diferentes sistemas, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações e identificando oportunidades de otimização operacional, ganho de produtividade e redução de custos logísticos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, automatizar e evoluir dashboards e relatórios gerenciais em Power BI; Construir consultas SQL avançadas para extração, tratamento e consolidação de dados; Criar e otimizar views e modelos de dados para suporte às análises de negócio; Estruturar e monitorar processos de ETL (Extração, Transformação e Carga); Integrar informações provenientes de sistemas ERP, TMS e demais fontes corporativas; Desenvolver indicadores de performance logística e operacional, como OTIF, Lead Time, SLA de transportadoras, custo de frete x faturamento, acuracidade de estoque, ocupação de frota e nível de serviço; Apoiar gestores e diretoria com análises estratégicas e apresentações executivas; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e propor soluções baseadas em dados; Garantir a qualidade, consistência e governança das informações utilizadas nas análises; Atuar como interface entre as áreas de Logística, Operações e Tecnologia.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Logística, Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Ciência de Dados, Estatística ou áreas correlatas; Experiência sólida no desenvolvimento de dashboards e relatórios em Power BI; Conhecimento avançado em SQL; Experiência com modelagem de dados, construção de views e processos de ETL; Experiência na integração e análise de dados provenientes de sistemas corporativos; Vivência na construção e acompanhamento de indicadores logísticos e operacionais; Capacidade de traduzir demandas de negócio em soluções analíticas; Inglês avançado para leitura, escrita e participação em reuniões; Desejável: Power Query e DAX avançado, modelagem dimensional (Star Schema e Snowflake), Python ou R, Data Warehouse, governança de dados e Cloud (Azure, AWS ou Google Cloud); Desejável: vivência com SAP, TOTVS, Oracle e plataformas logísticas como Senior, SSW ou TOTVS TMS; Diferencial: experiência em empresas de logística, transporte, armazenagem, distribuição ou supply chain.
