Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Expansão e Inteligência de Mercado para atuar estrategicamente no segmento de franquias.A pessoa será responsável por transformar dados de mercado, comportamento do consumidor e análises territoriais em insights e estratégias para expansão de novas unidades, apoiando a tomada de decisão da liderança, franqueados e demais stakeholders.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais são as atribuições da vaga?Analisar o potencial de expansão das marcas e modelos de negócio, considerando mercado, concorrência, perfil do consumidor, demanda regional e aspectos socioeconômicos;Mapear novas praças e regiões com potencial para implantação de unidades, utilizando dados geodemográficos e ferramentas de inteligência de mercado;Desenvolver estudos de mercado, análises territoriais e avaliações de viabilidade para apoiar decisões estratégicas de expansão;Realizar pesquisas de mercado e visitas técnicas para validação de pontos comerciais;Avaliar unidades em implantação ou em fase de consolidação, analisando indicadores de clientes, performance operacional e financeira;Identificar padrões de sucesso, oportunidades de melhoria e boas práticas para aplicação nas unidades atuais e futuras;Apoiar franqueados na análise de mercado e na definição de estratégias locais para potencializar resultados;Conduzir e acompanhar negociações relacionadas a contratos de locação, buscando condições comerciais favoráveis;Elaborar relatórios, estudos e indicadores de expansão e inteligência de mercado para suporte à liderança;Monitorar tendências de mercado, comportamento do consumidor e movimentações da concorrência, identificando oportunidades de crescimento;Acompanhar os resultados das iniciativas de expansão e propor ajustes para maximizar a performance;Manter relacionamento com franqueados, imobiliárias, fornecedores e demais parceiros envolvidos no processo de expansão;Orientar e acompanhar o time interno envolvido nas atividades de expansão, garantindo alinhamento às metas estratégicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa?Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Marketing, Arquitetura, Geografia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com expansão de negócios, franquias, inteligência de mercado, planejamento comercial ou análise de viabilidade;Vivência com análise de dados, indicadores e estudos de mercado;Conhecimento em análise territorial e dados geodemográficos;Boa capacidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes públicos;Perfil analítico, estratégico, organizado e orientado a resultados;Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas técnicas, quando necessário.Informações adicionaisO que é um diferencial para esta posição?Conhecimento em ferramentas de inteligência de mercado e análise geodemográfica, como Geofusion;Experiência em expansão de redes de franquias;Vivência em negociação de pontos comerciais e contratos de locação.
