Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na área de Inteligência de Mercado, transformando dados de mercado, concorrência e cenário econômico em análises e insights que apoiem a tomada de decisões estratégicas da companhia. Será responsável pelo monitoramento de mercado, construção de estudos e cenários, análise de indicadores e desenvolvimento de materiais executivos, atuando de forma próxima às áreas de Estratégia, Comercial, Marketing, Controladoria e demais áreas do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar mercado, concorrentes, preços, tendências e principais movimentos do segmento, identificando oportunidades e riscos para o negócio.Realizar estudos de mercado, concorrência, market share, market sizing, posicionamento e potencial de novos produtos, canais e negócios.Analisar dados internos e externos, construindo cenários, projeções e recomendações para apoiar decisões estratégicas.Estruturar e manter bases de dados de mercado, garantindo qualidade, atualização e confiabilidade das informações.Desenvolver dashboards, indicadores e relatórios gerenciais utilizando ferramentas de BI.Pesquisar e acompanhar fontes nacionais e internacionais de dados econômicos, setoriais e competitivos, identificando tendências e impactos para o negócio.Apresentar análises e recomendações para diferentes públicos, incluindo liderança e fóruns estratégicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharias, Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Inteligência de Mercado, Inteligência Competitiva, Business Intelligence, Planejamento Estratégico, Pesquisa de Mercado ou áreas correlatas.Excel avançado e experiência com ferramentas de BI.Conhecimento em SQL para consulta e tratamento de bases de dados.Inglês avançado.Boa capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e habilidade para transformar dados em informações para tomada de decisão.DiferenciaisExperiência no segmento industrial, automotivo ou de bens de consumo.Conhecimento em market sizing, market share, pricing e inteligência competitiva.Experiência com Power Query, Power Pivot e modelagem de dados.Conhecimento em ferramentas e bases de dados de mercado, econômicas ou de comércio exterior.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Estratégia, Finanças, Marketing, Analytics ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionais💰 Programa de Metas e Bônus (PMB);🎄 Cesta de natal;🩺 Plano de saúde;💳 Vale alimentação;🦷 Plano odontológico;🎓 Educação corporativa;📈 Oportunidade de Crescimento;🏷️ Descontos nos produtos internos;🚌 Vale transporte;🤝 Parcerias e convênios com condições especiais👨‍⚕️ Wellhub (Plataforma de bem-estar corporativo com rede de academias, estúdios, aplicativos de saúde mental, entre outros.);♻️ FIST Energia (Possibilidade de desconto em faturas de energia por créditos de energia solar)
