Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um Analista de Inteligência de Mercado Sênior para conduzir com autonomia as análises e projetos mais complexos do Planejamento Comercial, propondo melhorias de processo e indicadores, orientando analistas menos experientes e subsidiando a Diretoria com recomendações estratégicas sobre estoque, sortimento e performance comercial.Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Conduzir com autonomia estudos e modelos de planejamento comercial (necessidade de compra, cobertura de estoque, sortimento por praça) de maior complexidade.

·        Orientar tecnicamente analistas juniores e plenos, revisando entregas e garantindo qualidade e consistência.

·        Propor melhorias de processo, governança e indicadores para a área de Planejamento Comercial. Consolidar análises críticas de performance comercial das lojas e apresentar recomendações diretamente à Diretoria.

·        Atuar como referência técnica na interface entre Planejamento Comercial, Pricing e Inteligência de Mercado.

·       Apoiar a estruturação de estudos e business cases (ex.: expansão de lojas, novos investimentos).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você:·        Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou correlatas.

·        Experiência sólida em planejamento comercial, S&OP/S&OE e gestão de estoque.

·        Excel avançado e Power BI (construção e leitura crítica de dashboards).

·        Capacidade de estruturar business cases e análises de maior complexidade.
