O Analista de Licitações Pleno tem como missão conduzir processos licitatórios, elaborando e revisando documentos, analisando demandas internas e assegurando conformidade legal, economicidade e competitividade nas contratações. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na análise das demandas das áreas requisitantes, verificando documentação e enquadramento preliminar do objeto.Elaborar e revisar editais, termos de referência e minutas contratuais.Conduzir sessões públicas e realizar análises de propostas e habilitação.Atuar na seleção de fornecedores com base em critérios técnicos, econômicos e legais.Controlar prazos e etapas dos processos licitatórios.Organizar registros e manter atualizada a documentação dos processos.Prestar suporte às áreas internas quanto a dúvidas procedimentais básicas.Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios e indicadores da área.Atuar em conjunto com áreas jurídica e técnica para mitigar riscos.Requisitos e qualificações O QUE É INDISPENSÁVEL PARA O CARGO
