Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Logística – Transporte Outbound para planejar, executar e controlar as operações de transporte nacional outbound, garantindo excelência no nível de serviço, otimização de custos, eficiência operacional e satisfação dos clientes.

Conheça mais sobre a tesa Responsabilidades e atribuições Planejar, acompanhar e controlar coletas e entregas nacionais, atuando desde a expedição até a confirmação da entrega aos clientes.Gerenciar transportadoras, conduzindo processos de contratação, negociação, desenvolvimento e avaliação contínua de performance. Monitorar indicadores de transporte (OTIF, OTD, lead time, custo por entrega, avarias, devoluções e reentregas), propondo e acompanhando planos de ação. Realizar análises de custos logísticos, auditoria de fretes e validação de faturas, garantindo aderência contratual e eficiência financeira. Desenvolver melhorias operacionais por meio da análise de rotas, volumes, consolidação de cargas, otimização de processos e uso de dados para tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em transporte rodoviário nacional, logística outbound ou gestão de transportadoras, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial ou operações B2B.Conhecimento em negociação de fretes, composição tarifária, contratos, SLAs, KPIs logísticos e auditoria de fretes.Excel avançado e experiência com SAP; conhecimento em TMS, preferencialmente Active OnSupply.Perfil analítico, hands-on, com forte capacidade de negociação, senso de dono, orientação para resultados e melhoria contínua. Inglês intermediário será considerado diferencial.
