Estamos ansiosos aguardando sua chegada! 🚀💜Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar diariamente a operação de transporte em tempo real, identificando desvios e riscos operacionais;Acompanhar OTD, atrasos, Transit Time, KM vazio, produtividade, ocupação e utilização da frota;Criar e manter dashboards e indicadores operacionais em Power BI;Consolidar informações provenientes de SSW, SAP, rastreamento, TMS, planilhas e demais sistemas;Realizar análises por placa, motorista, rota, filial, unidade, transportadora e região;Identificar causas de atrasos e desvios e acompanhar os respectivos planos de ação;Monitorar veículos em rota e atuar preventivamente sobre ocorrências que possam comprometer a entrega;Gerar alertas para situações críticas: atraso, parada excessiva, desvio de rota, veículo sem atualização, baixo desempenho e risco de SLA;Acompanhar diariamente a programação de carregamentos, coletas, entregas e devoluções;Apoiar a Torre de Controle na priorização das ocorrências críticas;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais diários, semanais e mensais;Analisar orçado x realizado de fretes e custos operacionais;Apoiar a gestão na análise de performance das transportadoras;Desenvolver scorecards de transportadoras, acompanhando indicadores como: Frete; OTD; Transit Time; Avarias; Extravios; Reclamações; Reentregas; Ocorrências; Cumprimento da programação;Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e aumento de produtividade;Automatizar controles e relatórios que atualmente são realizados manualmente;Garantir a qualidade, consistência e atualização das bases de dados utilizadas pela operação;Trabalhar em conjunto com Operações, Transportes, Logística, Fiscal, Financeiro e TI;Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua e digitalização da operação;Criar análises para apoiar decisões sobre frota própria, agregados e transportadoras contratadas;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da frota, incluindo faturamento, custos, KM rodado, KM vazio, consumo, diárias, folgas e premiações;Participar das reuniões de performance operacional, apresentando dados, desvios e oportunidades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. Vivência com análise de dados e indicadores operacionais;Excel intermediário/avançado;Conhecimento em Power BI, incluindo criação de dashboards e indicadores;Conhecimento de indicadores de transporte e logística;Capacidade de trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados;Perfil analítico e facilidade para identificar causas de problemas;Conhecimento de processos de coleta, transferência, distribuição e entrega;Capacidade de trabalhar com operação dinâmica e situações de urgência;Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com diferentes áreas;Vivência em Torre de Controle Logística/Transportes;Conhecimento de SSW, SAP, TMS ou sistemas de rastreamento;Conhecimento de SQL;Conhecimento de Power Query e Power Pivot;Vivência com gestão de indicadores de transportadoras;Conhecimento de gestão de frota própria;Vivência com análise de custos de transporte;Conhecimento de OTD, SLA, Transit Time, lead time e produtividade;Vivência em automação de relatórios e processos;Conhecimento de metodologias de melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:Segunda à sexta, horário à definir.Aqui na Cantu INC você terá acesso a esses benefícios:Vale alimentação/refeição;Vale transporte ou Vale Combustível;TotalPass;Plano de saúde: Unimed Seguros, extensível a dependentes legais;Plano odontológico: Sul América, extensível a dependentes legais; Crédito Farmácia;Seguro de vida;Desconto na compra de produtos e serviços;Inglês in company (conforme política);Auxílio educação (conforme política);Expertires (nossa plataforma de treinamento);New Value (clube de benefícios corporativos);Ginastica laboral;Programa fale comigo (acompanhamento psicológico);Plataforma Zenklub – cuidado com saúde emocional e bem-estar;Parceria com a Petlove – benefícios para seu pet;PPR (Conforme política de elegibilidade);Incentivo a prática de esportes - Reembolso de corridas.Vaga inclusiva disponível também para pessoas com deficiência.
