Profissional responsável pelo planejamento, análise e otimização das operações logísticas, atuando de forma corporativa na avaliação de capacidade, produtividade, custos, performance e eficiência operacional. Apoia a tomada de decisão por meio de análises de dados, indicadores e estudos de viabilidade, conduzindo projetos estratégicos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua e transformação logística.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar no planejamento logístico corporativo, considerando capacidade, demanda, produtividade, custos e eficiência operacional;Desenvolver estudos de viabilidade e análises de capacidade, produtividade, custos e desempenho logístico;Criar, acompanhar e aprimorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), identificando tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria;Utilizar SQL, Excel e ferramentas de análise de dados para extração, tratamento, consolidação e interpretação de informações;Desenvolver dashboards, análises e relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão;Realizar análises de causa raiz e estruturar planos de ação para desvios operacionais, financeiros e de performance;Conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua e otimização logística, acompanhando indicadores, resultados e impactos;Identificar oportunidades de ganho de produtividade, redução de custos e aumento de eficiência ao longo da operação logística;Apoiar estudos relacionados à capacidade operacional, dimensionamento e planejamento de recursos;Atuar na análise de performance de parceiros e operações logísticas, incluindo transportes quando aplicável;Interagir com diferentes áreas para levantamento de informações, alinhamento de demandas e implementação de soluções;Apoiar tecnicamente a gestão na avaliação de cenários e na tomada de decisões de maior complexidade;Atuar em iniciativas relacionadas à transformação e evolução dos processos logísticos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em planejamento logístico, análise de custos, produtividade e resultados;Conhecimento avançado em Excel e experiência com desenvolvimento de dashboards;Domínio de SQL para extração, tratamento e análise de dados;Conhecimento em análise de causa raiz, planos de ação e melhoria contínua;Experiência ou conhecimento em planejamento de capacidade e indicadores de performance;Capacidade analítica para trabalhar com dados, identificar oportunidades e apoiar decisões;Capacidade de atuar em projetos e iniciativas estratégicas;Habilidade para atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas e orientar tecnicamente equipes;Disponibilidade para atuar em Eldorado do Sul/RS.
