Olha o que essa oportunidade desenvolverá no dia a dia:Esse profissional será responsável por liderar estudos e projetos relacionados à capacidade operacional, malha logística, produtividade, custos e melhoria contínua, contribuindo para a evolução da distribuição de produtos para o varejo e para o fortalecimento da eficiência logística da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar projetos estratégicos de transporte, com foco em excelência operacional, produtividade, eficiência e redução de custos;Responsável pelo planejamento de capacidade de transportes, realizando estudos de demanda, antecipando riscos e restrições e propondo soluções para períodos de alta demanda;Desenvolver análises, simulações e business cases para suportar decisões relacionadas à expansão, redimensionamento ou reestruturação da malha logística e investimentos;Conduzir projetos de melhoria e transformação digital em Transportes, incluindo iniciativas de entregas autônomas, revisão de roteirização e sustentabilidade;Avaliar oportunidades de otimização de rotas, ocupação de veículos, consolidação de cargas e utilização de recursos logísticos;Elaborar estudos de custos e identificar oportunidades de redução de despesas e melhoria da rentabilidade;Conduzir análises de performance operacional por meio de indicadores e dashboards gerenciais, propondo ações para evolução dos resultados;Mapear processos e implementar iniciativas de melhoria contínua utilizando metodologias estruturadas;Atuar em projetos multidisciplinares conduzidos por outras áreas, incluindo iniciativas relacionadas a Transit Points e TMS;Atuar em conjunto com áreas como Planejamento, PCP, Projetos, Operações, Comercial, Compras e Finanças;Participar de negociações complexas com transportadoras e fornecedores estratégicos;Atuar com foco na qualidade das entregas, evolução do nível de serviço, redução de lead time e custos;Apresentar análises, recomendações e business cases para lideranças e fóruns executivos;Atuar como especialista técnico, apoiando decisões críticas e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em Logística, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Vivência com gestão de capacidade logística e planejamento de transportes;Conhecimento em mapeamento e melhoria de processos, PDCA e análise de causa raiz;Excel Avançado, Power BI e Inteligência Artificial;Conhecimento em TMS (Transportation Management System) e WMS;Requisitos desejáveis:Conhecimento em ferramentas de roteirização e geolocalização;Conhecimento em SQL e ferramentas de modelagem e análise de dados;Conhecimento em Legislação de Transportes.Informações adicionais**Prazo de inscrições para os candidatos internos até dia 03/09/2026Local de Trabalho: CD CABREÚVA-SPModalidade de trabalho: PresencialHorário de trabalho: administrativo
