Junte-se a nós e candidate-se agora!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento ao Cliente • Apoiar o atendimento aos clientes, garantindo comunicação clara sobre status de pedidos, entregas e prazos; • Registrar e acompanhar solicitações e ocorrências, direcionando aos responsáveis quando necessário; • Contribuir para a manutenção de um bom relacionamento com clientes, com suporte da liderança. Controle de Custos Logísticos • Apoiar no controle de custos logísticos (frete, armazenagem, terceiros etc.); • Atualizar planilhas e relatórios operacionais para acompanhamento de despesas; • Auxiliar na organização de informações para análise de desempenho. Apoio na Gestão de Transportadoras • Auxiliar no contato com motoristas e transportadoras terceirizadas; • Apoiar cotações e negociações de frete, sob orientação da liderança; • Acompanhar o desempenho operacional dos parceiros, reportando desvios. Acompanhamento de Operações Logísticas • Monitorar o fluxo de pedidos, coletas e entregas; • Identificar e reportar possíveis atrasos, ocorrências ou desvios operacionais; • Realizar emissão de pedidos de coleta, tratativas de ocorrências (RACs) e atualizações em sistema; • Apoiar na garantia do cumprimento dos prazos e padrões operacionais. Indicadores e Relatórios • Coletar e consolidar dados para elaboração de indicadores operacionais; • Atualizar relatórios periódicos de desempenho; • Apoiar a área na organização de informações para apresentações gerenciais. Melhoria Contínua • Sugerir melhorias operacionais com base nas rotinas e aprendizados do dia a dia; • Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de otimização de processos. Integração e Suporte ao Time • Apoiar a integração de novos colaboradores da área;   Requisitos e qualificações(O) Ensino Médio completo.(O) Ensino Superior cursando em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas. (O) ObrigatórioRequisitos:Experiência com rotinas operacionais e acompanhamento de pedidos;Noções de controle de custos logísticos (frete, armazenagem, etc.); Conhecimento básico em processos logísticos (transporte, distribuição, coletas e entregas); Conhecimento básico em indicadores (KPIs) operacionais;Familiaridade com sistemas operacionais/logísticos (ERP, TMS ou similares – diferencial);Boa comunicação escrita para registro de ocorrências e interação com clientes.
