Reconhecida pela inovação, desenvolvimento de soluções tecnológicas e forte presença em diferentes segmentos de negócios, atendendo clientes corporativos, governamentais e de varejo em todo o território nacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Analista de Logística Júnior para atuar em nosso time de Logística, sendo responsável pelo planejamento, acompanhamento e gestão dos agendamentos de entregas, garantindo a execução eficiente das operações, o cumprimento dos prazos acordados e a satisfação dos clientes.O profissional será responsável por atuar como elo entre clientes, transportadoras e áreas internas, acompanhando todo o processo de agendamento e entrega, contribuindo para a organização, qualidade e eficiência da operação logística.Principais ResponsabilidadesRealizar agendamentos de entregas junto aos clientes, considerando janelas de recebimento, restrições operacionais e prazos comerciais;Confirmar e acompanhar a programação das cargas junto às transportadoras e ao setor de expedição;Atuar como ponto focal entre clientes, transportadoras e áreas internas, garantindo alinhamento e fluidez das operações;Monitorar o cumprimento dos agendamentos e atuar preventivamente em possíveis desvios;Realizar tratativas de ocorrências relacionadas às entregas, incluindo recusas, reagendamentos, atrasos e restrições de acesso;Atualizar informações em sistemas ERP, TMS e controles operacionais;Apoiar a elaboração, acompanhamento e análise de indicadores logísticos (KPIs);Elaborar controles e relatórios para acompanhamento da performance operacional;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de agendamento e distribuição;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas, procedimentos operacionais e normas de qualidade da área logística.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou concluído em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas;Excel intermediário (planilhas, filtros e fórmulas);Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão ERP, TMS e Power BI;Conhecimento em cadeia logística, transporte e distribuição;Boa comunicação oral e escrita;Organização e capacidade para gerenciar múltiplas atividades simultaneamente;Perfil proativo, disciplinado e com senso de urgência;Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e atendimento ao cliente;Atenção aos detalhes e foco em resultados;Capacidade analítica para acompanhamento de indicadores e tratativas operacionais.DiferenciaisExperiência com agendamento de entregas e relacionamento com clientes;Vivência em operações de transporte e distribuição;Conhecimento em indicadores logísticos (KPIs e SLA);Experiência com monitoramento de entregas e tratativas de ocorrências junto a transportadoras;Conhecimento em melhoria contínua de processos logísticos.Informações adicionaisPlanos de saúde e odontológico Gympass Refeitório Desconto Farmácia Emergências Médicas: convênio com o plano de saúde para atendimento em casa ou pelo telefone Auxílio Creche e Kit Maternidade PPRVale Transporte
