Atender plenamente as necessidades logísticas da fábrica, sendo responsável por gerenciar e otimizar processos logísticos internacionais e nacionais, garantindo o fluxo eficiente de importação e exportação de mercadorias, conformidade com regulamentações aduaneiras e redução de custos operacionais. Desenvolver e acompanhar métricas de logística, bem como a condução de projetos de atendimento a legislações vigentes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e coordenar processos de importação e exportação, garantindo conformidade com regulamentações nacionais e internacionais;Monitorar e analisar cotações de fretes internacionais, negociar tarifas e avaliar a performance de fornecedores logísticos;Analisar e acompanhar documentação de embarque (Invoice, Packing List, Conhecimento de Embarque, Certificados de Origem, etc.);Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega e acompanhar os processos desde a coleta até a entrega no destino;Atuar junto a despachantes aduaneiros para correta classificação fiscal (NCM), uso de incentivos fiscais (PADIS, Atestado de Não-Similaridade FIERGS) e regimes especiais (Ex-Tarifário, Drawback, etc.);Acompanhar o desembaraço e nacionalização das mercadorias, além das remoções DTA;Elaborar documentos de exportação (Invoice & Packing List) para diferentes tipos de processos (exportação temporária, definitiva, devolução e retorno);Agendar e gerenciar coletas de remessas simples (Courier door-to-door) – Importação e Exportação;Negociar com agentes de cargas, despachantes, terminais aeroportuários e operadores logísticos para otimizar custos e prazos;Monitorar a entrega de cargas junto às transportadoras locais;Coordenar transportes nacionais, incluindo entregas de produtos acabados e movimentação em território nacional, quando necessário;Avaliar e definir serviços de transporte, seguros e armazenagem para garantir eficiência e segurança;Realizar análises de rotas e tempo de trânsito para otimizar custos e prazos;Identificar oportunidades para redução de custos e melhoria de processos logísticos e aduaneiros;Fazer análises comparativas de custos logísticos (fretes, armazenagem e demais serviços);Implementar melhores práticas e ferramentas de automação para aprimorar a performance da logística internacional;Acompanhar tendências do mercado de comércio exterior e propor melhorias estratégicas;Monitorar e aplicar legislações vigentes aos processos de importação e exportação;Informar ao setor financeiro as previsões de despesas logísticas;Conferir custos e realizar o encerramento dos processos de importação e exportação;Solicitar e monitorar pagamentos de despesas (frete, armazenagem, remoção, transporte nacional);Controlar averbação de cargas para Seguro Internacional e Nacional;Desenvolver e acompanhar KPIs logísticos, como lead time, custo por embarque e eficiência de fretes;Realizar follow-ups e manter planilhas e sistemas atualizados sobre os processos de importação, exportação e transporte nacional;Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Compras, Planejamento, Vendas, Fiscal, Engenharia, Manutenção, P&D e Finanças para alinhar estratégias logísticas;Executar as atividades de acordo com os procedimentos internos, contribuindo para os objetivos da empresa e garantindo conformidade com os requisitos do sistema de gestão;Atuar em conformidade com os princípios do Código de Conduta da RBA, promovendo práticas éticas, seguras e ambientalmente responsáveis;Conhecer, praticar e difundir as diretrizes da Política Integrada de Gestão da empresa, comprometendo-se em executar as atividades de seu cargo de acordo com os procedimentos e programas vigentes; contribuindo para atingir os objetivos e metas definidos e colaborando com o cumprimento dos requisitos do sistema de gestão da organização e sua eficácia.Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório: Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Comércio Exterior, Logística ou áreas afinsExperiência na área;Conhecimento em regulamentações de importação eexportação (SISCOMEX, DUIMP, INCOTERMS, Receita Federal).Inglês avançado.Informações adicionaisDe segunda à sexta das 06:50hs às 16:38hs com 1h de intervalo todos os dias.Benefícios:
