Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, programar e acompanhar coletas e entregas, garantindo cumprimento de prazos acordados com clientes e fornecedores;Realizar contato diário com transportadoras, motoristas e áreas internas (Comercial, Faturamento e Expedição), atuando na resolução de ocorrências de transporte;Monitorar status das cargas, tratativas de atrasos, reentregas, devoluções e avarias;Efetuar cálculo de fretes, conferência de cobranças e validação de CTe e demais documentos de transporte;Elaborar, atualizar e negociar tabelas de frete junto a transportadores e parceiros logísticos;Apoiar na contratação de fretes (spot e recorrentes), avaliando custo x prazo x nível de serviço;Analisar rotas, prazos de entrega e oportunidades de otimização logística e redução de custos;Alimentar controles, indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e relatórios da operação de transporte;Apoiar no cumprimento de regras de gerenciamento de risco e requisitos de seguradoras.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em logística de transporte rodoviário (coletas e entregas);Vivência com contratação de transportadoras e negociação de fretes;Conhecimento em formação de preço de frete, tabelas de frete e composição de custos logísticos (km rodado, pedágios, diárias, restrições e prazos);Experiência na conferência de documentos de transporte (CTe, MDF-e, NFs);Familiaridade com roteirização e acompanhamento de entregas;Boa comunicação para contato com clientes, motoristas, agregados e transportadoras;Conhecimento intermediário de Excel (procv/procx, tabelas, filtros e controles);Desejável experiência com sistemas TMS/ERP logístico.
