Sua atuação será fundamental para otimizar rotas, gerar eficiência operacional, ampliar a visibilidade dos indicadores da área e contribuir para uma logística cada vez mais estruturada, sustentável e orientada a resultados.Você terá uma atuação próxima às lojas, transportadores e equipes internas, exercendo um papel consultivo e analítico para apoiar decisões que impactam diretamente o desempenho da operação.

Vem ser Nutrien!Vem alimentar o futuro com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuições Contribuir para a evolução e consolidação dos processos de gestão de transportes em nível nacional.Apoiar as lojas na tomada de decisões relacionadas à contratação e gestão de fretes.Garantir maior eficiência operacional por meio da otimização de rotas e análise de custos logísticos.Transformar dados da operação em insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, promovendo maior padronização e controle dos processos.Atuar como referência para áreas parceiras na utilização das ferramentas e processos de transporte.Como será seu dia a diaApoiar as lojas na gestão e contratação de transportes.Realizar roteirização e análise das melhores alternativas de transporte e entrega.Avaliar e validar custos de frete, tabelas tarifárias, pedágios e demais despesas logísticas.Acompanhar transportadores e o desempenho das operações de entrega.Monitorar indicadores logísticos e desenvolver análises para identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações de resultados da operação.Atuar na implementação, consolidação e melhoria contínua das ferramentas de gestão de transportes e roteirização.Apoiar projetos voltados para otimização logística, redução de custos e padronização de processos.Realizar interface constante com lojas, fornecedores, transportadores e áreas internas.Identificar gargalos operacionais e propor soluções que aumentem a eficiência da operação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em operações logísticas de grande escala.Vivência com roteirização, sequenciamento de entregas e planejamento logísticoExperiência com gestão de transportes, fretes e análise de custos logísticos.Vivência em operações com frota própria e/ou terceirizada.Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho logístico.Boa comunicação e habilidade para interação com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.Pensamento crítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas.Excel avançado e forte capacidade analítica para interpretação de dados.

DiferenciaisExperiência em projetos de implantação, transformação ou governança de processos logísticos.Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI e construção de dashboards gerenciais.Experiência com negociação e gestão de tabelas de frete.Facilidade para construir relacionamentos e influenciar diferentes públicos.Experiência na implementação e utilização de softwares de roteirização, como Roadnet, Roadshow, Routeasy, Onedoor, Lincros ou Linx.Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e em processos de estruturação e evolução operacional
