Acompanhar o Painel de Pedidos e apoiar às Filiais no Planejamento da programação de atendimento;Realizar Agendamentos nas Refinarias para as Retiradas de Cotas, conforme planejado no dia/mês;Monitorar o processo de Carregamento dos Equipamentos nas Refinarias e Fábricas, assim como as suas descargas;Monitorar o tempo médio de atendimento nas Fábricas, refinarias e Clientes apoiando na liberação dos veículos e motoristas, quando necessário;Realizar a Contratação de Terceiros através de Subcontrato ou Contrato de Agregados;Oferecer solução logística para os atendimentos programados diariamente;Promover Diálogo de Segurança periodicamente aos motoristas;Promover Orientações de Atendimentos aos condutores, sempre que necessário, aos serviços a serem prestados por eles;Otimizar o Uso de Frota própria na Programação diária, promovendo maior rodagem e faturamento dos ativos da empresa;Buscar a pontualidade no atendimento ao cliente, mediante a gestão dos equipamentos, motoristas e programação do cliente;Monitorar o processo de faturamento, assegurando a cobrança de todos os serviços prestados, tais como: Frete, Advalorem, Toco e Outros serviços, em D+0;Controlar a emissão e fechamento de OFF’s, tanto para frota própria quanto para Terceiros, respeitando os valores acordados;Gerir a manutenção das Apólices de Seguros;Analisar os Kpis de Performance do Ciclo de Atendimento;Cumprir com rigor os procedimentos implementados pelo SGQ.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Logística, Administração e áreas correlatas;

Experiência mínima de 4 anos em operações logísticas, preferencialmente em Transportes de Cargas;Experiência mínima de 4 anos em Operações de Produtos Perigosos;Experiência mínima em operações com Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade implantado (ISO9001/SASSMAQ).
